A/c not good. First room had dead roaches. Second room four live roaches of which I smashed and moved all our luggage back to the car. Both rooms showers were nasty and so was the floors to where we had to buy cleaning supplies. The beds were very hard and pillows paper thin.

Even though there was a tub in the room I could not take a bath due to no stopper. When I called the front desk to ask for one they said they don't have any. I decided to take a shower but the water wouldn't get hot. When I came out the bathroom I started seeing little roaches. I called back down to the front desk to ask for a refund due to nothing working properly and the roaches. I had only been there for roughly almost 2 hours. The man told me since its been longer than 30 mins I could not get a refund. I explained to him everything that was happening in the room. I can deal with not being able to soak or taking a hot hot hot shower like I like but roaches and I have a wound that is trying to heal, no. So, I told them I was going to leave a negative review for them and left right after talking to him without getting a refund. I will never go back there. I hope other people have a better experience than I did.

Having to double pay after notifying to front desk my room was already paid in full online. I have yet to be refunded my payment from 1st room reservation king size bed non smoking 70.12 ended up paying 81- 85 dollars for a smoking room double bed ,which actually did not need but that's mwhat was charged to my account.. when entering the room. It still smelled like pure tobacco. Also a bag of needles (diabetic needles )were found in the kitchenette cabinet. Also had issue with the bugs ( roaches)

I liked that the room was clean and it had a comfortable bed and it wasn't noisy, seeing as it's right off the highway. I'll stay again a few more times.

We ended up not staying here…. We hauled our luggage up the stairs to our room. Upon entering the room we had trouble turning on the lights finally after a couple try’s the lights are on & we notice a CLUSTER of roaches in the corner above the door we turned to view the rest of the room & you can see more running along the walls. We then exit our room & take our luggage back to our vehicle. The front desk guy asked if we wanted another room to which we declined being that if this room was infested what to say the others wouldn’t be. Not to mention What IF they have bedbugs? The employee knew about the roaches in the room & explained he knew exactly why we wanted a refund when he saw us in the cameras walking out of the room. This was about 3 weeks ago & I am still waiting for my refund. 😒

I understand that the hotel is cheap, but it was disgusting, so dirty and full of cockroaches. Cleanliness is the least you can expect from a hotel.
