One thing that I’d def suggest they look into is making sure the wifi is a better quality. (Wifi extenders, reconfiguring WiFi settings, etc)

That there was a charge for pets. The soda machine was broken and kept my money without dispensing anything.

My spouse and I had a very nice and comfortable stay at the facility. The room, kitchen and bathroom were clean, beds were made nicely.Beddings, bedbug and stain-free. Although unstocked with kitchen utensils or pots and pans as expected, We had no use for them this time. I was later told, by a long-time resident there, that they were available upon request which made me feel much better. They forgot to stock washclothes as well but I chalked it up to the rush of our early check-in. All in all, despite some minor issues with correcting some booking info when I checked in, My spouse and I had a very enjoyable and comfortable nights stay at the facility. Despite the less then desirable area of town its located in. We will definatly be back to stay again soon. Hopefully for an extended stay.

The lady the night before told me I didn't have a reservation and wouldn't let me in my room until I had to get my phone to show her my reservation. Jessica had found it just with my name.

I have stayed at your hotel multiple times and have always had a pleasant experience. However, during my recent stay, I was disappointed with the room cleaning service. It was not up to the standard I have experienced in the past. Additionally, I noticed cockroaches in the room, which was quite concerning. Despite multiple complaints, the room cleaning service was provided only after a significant delay. This was not what I expected based on my previous visits. I hope you will address these issues to maintain the high standards that I have appreciated in the past. Looking forward to a better experience on my next stay.

Needs plenty of work! Door was not easy to close or lock. First room we went in was not finished being cleaned, looked like they forgot to wash towels and put out the trash! They moved us to a different room. People standing out by my vehicle and out side our room. part of the night so of course I didn’t sleep well looking out the window. Lucky we could see our car from the room. Was one cool thing happened we had about 4 Javelinas out side our window getting into a trash can.

Bed spring feels a little broken, one side of the bed sinks a little. All the towels we had was a 'clean' but have big dirt marks on them.

I requested a bottom floor, but received a 2nd story floor and without an elevator I had to carry my pets up and down the stairs a few times a day. I was only there for 2 nights but was not easy. The pet area had no bags, and bulk trash, grass in court yards there was alot of dog poop, no one cleaned it up in the 2 days I was there. Bad owners, but no staff did anything for it. Couldnt reach front desk when I called a few times.

Room was nice, I was there for dog show event with 2 pets. loved the tile floors and coffee maker sink and loved the fridge..nice size! I appreciated the dog area in the back
