United StatesThey do not change your towels, washcloths or sheets, they never have toilet paper , 1 of the workers brought me toilet paper from another room…the manager is unprofessional.. I seen a lady ask for coffee ( which they didn’t have) but the worker was so rude to the lady, and the hotel states they do have coffee..NOTHING WORKS the washers, the vending machines,remotes.. I don’t know what’s going on but the are very unorganized

United StatesThe lock on the door was broken and didn't have the handle to lock it once you were inside, the fire alarm was low on battery so the beeping was going on the whole night. The bed cover was stained like the toilet, no coffee bags or tea or a cup to pour some water. Bathroom with some towels and two bar soaps, no shampoo or body lotions. It was very dirty outside too I couldn't believe this was West Palm Beach Florida And the same price I paid for a similar Inn with everything a place like that should have. Very disappointed. The people working there were very nice, that was good

United StatesThe under the cabinet microwave was not installed it was sitting on a table the knobs for the oven were broke the TV was just barely hanging on the wall at a very downward angle while some of the light fixtures didn't work the beds were more like a mattress on a cot spring and the linens were poor quality and the outside setting was not very comfortable considering when I parked the room next to me had a window that was boarded up with plywood while fellows were hanging out on the sidewalk in front of the rooms smoking Black and Milds and marijuana while a handicapped person in a motorized wheelchair strolled around talking nonsense while drinking and being drunk and not to mention that every trash can around the building was completely full overflowing with trash and when I went to check out I was scared to put my room key in the Box because there were so many keys piled up and the box was unlocked I was afraid that someone would take my key and go to the room and tear it up and I would have to pay extra not to reassuring

United StatesI checked into the room, dropped off my belongings in the room, and immediately left to meet up with family. Upon return at 11:00 p.m. , I went to shower up and found that I had no towels, no washcloths, and no shampoo/conditioner. I went to the office and was given a small hand towel that was stained. The attendant told me It was clean, just old. He further explained that they were short on towels due to a missed delivery. He said I could check back in an hour to see IF the laundry would be done. That would have been after midnight, so I opted to just get them in the morning. I went to the office at 07:10 and was told no laundry had been done. I was told to check back in an hour. Once again, an hour later, there is still no towel to use. The attendant then told me she would deliver some clean towels with shampoo/conditioner when she could. The towels were then delivered 20 minutes later. This series of let downs were disruptive to the timing of my trip plans. The room itself was older and in need of an update, but it was reasonably clean. The bathroom, however, was not only dated, there was mold on the tub tile grout and caulk. The floor tiles near the tub edge were heavily water damaged and looked as if there was no effort to scrub them clean. Had I been traveling with my wife, we would have left the facility. I only need the room for one night so I just counted it as a learning experience with this location and this Chain.
The location was convenient.... The initial contact, Katrina was helpful and friendly.

Waited in line on multiple times for linen that was on short supply it seemed and was moreso instructed on how to park and what not to do, than actually what we’d do if we didn’t have linen available. Also one room ac don’t work and was switched to room with lock broken off hinges and no maintenance ever showed up even after front desk was made aware
