How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had obnoxiously loud people in the rooms across from us. The staff were understanding and accommodating by moving us to another room. We appreciated that.

The only thing I can say that I didn’t like was that the pool closed down I felt like early I don’t know why especially the hotels that don’t have lifeguards on duty anyways I kinda don’t even understand why we have to close the pool down anyways?? but I don’t know it might be an insurance thing I don’t know
I swear my favorite part was how good the staff treated their guests. They basically did anything and everything in their power that they could do for me. Bc I accidentally ordered through a third-party and found out now I know better anyways with that being said there really wasn’t much to do without driving an hour or so but this hotel if you’re there for the military base is an excellent choice!

We stayed there from Thursday to Monday and our room was cleaned only once, we did NOT have the “don’t disturb sign” on purpose. One of the days of our stay we saw the housekeeping close and we hurry to leave thinking that they would come to our room next and clean, but they skipped our room and that upset me very much, we had trash and we needed clean and dry towels. Had to go downstairs and get them after a long day when the last thing I wanted was getting out of my room. On Sunday we complaint to the front desk that our room hadn’t been cleaned a single day during our stay and that was the only day they cleaned but just bc we complaint.
Close to Fort Leonarwood, and this is the first hotel that offers toys for guests at the pool, we liked that very much. Also this hotel had different breakfast than other hotels, like those cheese omelets, that was nice. Also they having a complementary laundry room was very neat.

There are not a lot of TV channels to pick from. I was upset with housekeeping because I had taken my stuff out to the car, and I had left my purse in the room. I went back to get my purse, and housekeeping had already stripped the bed. My purse was gone. I hadn't even turned my keys in yet. Check out time isn't till 11 am and it was around 9:30 am.
The place was nice and clean. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was nice.

No restaurant or bar on site but there was one a short walk over to the extended stay location. Could have had a more comfy desk chair in my queen room (a basic metal chair). But they did have better chairs in the king rooms. The only drinking water available after breakfast was in the vending machine.

I was not too impressed with the breakfast, but it was free.
The location was perfect. We were going on post and it was maybe 5 minutes away. They also gave us coupons for their bar and grill. It was a free appetizer with the purchase of two entrees. We got spinach artichoke dip and I think it was the best I have ever had. We also got two pizzas. They were amazing!!!!

Tiny rooms
Front desk people were fantastic. They really helped us out after another hotel in town completely screw us over and didn’t have a room for us even though I had booked & paid several weeks in advance.
