We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was quiet. Our room faced a quiet neighborhood instead of a very busy street on the other side of the hotel. Great location to medical services which was the reason we were there.

United StatesOur room appeared to have new carpet, but the furniture was getting rather "long in the tooth," and was pretty dusty around the edges and on some flat surfaces. There was a load of what looked like dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
All staff members with whom we dealt were quite pleasant. The treadmills in the exercise room were on the fritz, so the front desk clerk arranged with the Courtyard Hotel next door for us to use their equipment. Now that's good service! The bed was great, as they usually are in Hilton properties.

United StatesWhat we not happy about was the guy at the front desk didn’t tell us that the pool was not open until we came back downstairs and asked where the pool was. We had to go to the hotel next door. When we got done from the other hotel we then went outside to sit by the fire and he also didn’t mention to us how to even get it started. I don’t think we will be staying again!!!
