Large suite.

The VERY VERY uncomfortable seating and bed. SMALL TV!!! SMALL toilet to sit on and then try to get back up again!!!! One would think that HIGH RISE toilets would be more popular!! NO arms on the chairs??

The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed the Koi Pond.

Artificial air freshener smell was annoying, but cleared.

Very quiet, clean motel. Loved the made to order breakfast and the garden area was beautiful. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was small but nice. Staff was excellent.

Dated bathrooms, small room, no privacy blinds on picture window overlooking parking lot. You had to turn on glaring overhead light to make coffee, disturbing slumbering mate. High priced for mediocre experience.

For starters, my husband and I LOVED that we found an adults only place. It was so peaceful hanging out in the beautiful garden area watching the Koi fish. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We haven't stayed anywhere that breakfast was included for years and it was such a nice way to save money and time getting our day started. The inn is maybe a ten/fifteen minute walk to the downtown area and beach, which we didn't mind at all because the flowers and Victorian homes lining the streets were beautiful to look at.

The only thing we didn't love was that there was no refrigerator in the room. We brought some food from home to snack on and a lot of it went bad and had to be thrown away.

The garden area was relaxing and quiet. The bed was soft and comfy. The quiche was tasty.

Very basic and plain looking room. No pictures on the walls. No mini fridge. Dim lighting.

Very clean facility. Breakfast offerings were excellent.

It is clean, has a beautiful garden lounge area, and the staff was very welcoming.

We arrived about 8:30 PM and the person at the front desk was very welcoming and recommended a couple of places nearby where we could find supper at that hour. We were a little confused about where our room was because it was actually behind the main property. To be honest, we were blown away with how pretty the grounds were--complete with mulched paths leading to a koi pond with waterfall and seating--so serene! We also didn't realize we were getting a suite: the bedroom and bath were tops, super lovely and comfortable (more like a B&B feel) with an adjacent room with TV to relax in that led to an individual patio with chairs. They offered different times for breakfast and selections to choose from that were prepared to order and tasty.

For some rooms the busy road might have been a problem. Our room (#42, in the back) was quiet, probably due to the lush landscaping.

We have stayed here multiple times. At check in, I asked if we could have a room with 2 beds instead of the king I reserved— it was switched, no problem! Breakfast is delicious; we love sitting back by the koi pond. Comfy room and beds, plenty of hot water. We like having a mini fridge in room.

Our table between the beds was kinda wobbly. Otherwise no issues.

The breakfast was very good. The fruit was outstanding and the location to Lake Michigan was perfect

The bathroom being retro was very cute, but the toilet was more for a child so low. The shower very small and no light inside. My husband thought the bed was very uncomfortable.

The breakfasts were delicious. Loved the granola. The location is convenient to town. We ran the AC fan all night to cover up road noise.

Room was very clean. We liked that breakfast was included and service was prompt. Two beds was nice since they were double beds.

The room was too dark and the only way to get better light was to open the blinds, thus losing any privacy.

Rooms and entire property were well maintained and clean. The outdoor seating areas and Koi pond were unexpected treats. Breakfast choices were limited but very good. Property was quiet.

Our rooms did not have a microwave or refrigerator.
