That we couldn’t stay longer!

We have been coming to Navarre for years now and Summerwind is definitely our favorite resort to stay at! The 3 pools/hot tubs give you options and all of the condos have great layouts. The maintenance and cleaning staff work diligently to keep the facility immaculate as well! 503 is a lovely unit with a fantastic layout! It was great to have 2 en suites! We also loved the views from the super comfortable furniture that was on the balcony. The TV with streaming options were a nice touch as well! Vacasa was very responsive with our stay as well as any needs while we were there. Most days start with a walk on the beach and end with a walk on the pier where you can watch the surfers or catch a glimpse of a sea turtle 🐢 , dolphin 🐬 , or a shark 🦈. Navarre itself has grown a ton in the past few years, but we still love the occasional trip to Destin or Pensacola (highly recommended the scenic drive) The Twist is a great spot for ice cream in Navarre and we love Merlin’s Pizza, McQuires, Lulu’s, The Back Porch, and the Donut Hole in Destin. Book this vacation, you won’t regret it!!!

Everything about this place was amazing! The view was breathtaking! The small inconvenience we had was corrected, and the time in paradise was too short! Will definitely return if the opportunity arises!

More than 1 out of 3 hot tubs working, would have been appreciated. Even after we told them. Only 2 had water & only one was heated. Trouble with the elevator made everyone nervous to use it!

The price of the Condo, was high.

Host did not explain about beach chair reservations. Wished the unit had beach chairs and other beach related necessity to make our beach experience better.

The condo was kind of dusty and the decor needed updating. The toilets didn’t flush well and the closet doors didn’t fit securely

Could have been cleaner. Yhete was mold on the shower curtains and shower stall. There was oreo cookies in the floor and a peice of meat on the var stool.

No bolt lock on entrance door. The only lock was the one with the code and easily messed up to where it wouldn’t lock at all. Not even a handle on the sliding door for the main entrance to the balcony which was extremely hard to open and close. Several lights not working over the sink in the master bathroom.

Need room darkening curtains on the side facing the walkway/elevator. Fix blinds. Sofas were smelly. Floors should be mopped between guests. We wiped the floor with Clorox wipes.
