Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We asked for coffee because of coffee for guest sign and coffee cups, condiments displayed and was, told by manager no coffee except what's in guest rooms.Location ok, a little unsafe as the intersection where Summit Inn is located there are no stop signs, no stop lights or crossing lights and no crosswalks if one needs to cross intersection near busy freeway entrance and exit points. Bathroom had mildew or mold growing on ceiling above shower head. Price a little high on snacks sold in manages office.
Nice size room for 2, queen size beds clean bed.sheets, comforters, and pillows. Staff very nice and accommodating. Coffee in room.

United StatesI didn't like when I was working on my laptop, they were power washing the doors I'm guessing or just in general, but water came spraying in and got on me and my laptop. Luckily my laptop was ok, there was alot of water on my floor and goin down my door. But they were really nice about helping me clean up.

IndiaThere was no wifi after the third day of my stay and it was out the whole duration after that. There was no replenishment of coffee, sugar and shampoo packets ever. The small amount cannot fulfill the whole duration.
The room was spacious, well lit, well furnished and had all the basic necessities to stay for a long time. The location is very good and close to Texas Medical Centre.

United StatesAfter my arrival a strange man went in asking for my Information. (I am a woman) The hotel does not give out any personal Information which is great but they waited until checkout to let me know. If I would have been kidnapped or hurt that night then what? Why wait until I check out to let me know?!?! They should have called PD or made a report or at least called me.
The area was nice, the room has fridge microwave and AC and heat. Beds were soft not hard platform beds. The staff was friendly. Overall great stay clean rooms And good staff!
