Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesIt’s away from downtown Montauk, but that didn’t bother me. But it mightn’t work for some people.
Room was spacious and clean. Lovely tables outside, chairs, sun loungers, fire pits. Very nice. I prefer swimming in the bay, so it was great for me. Also, it’s a close walk to restaurants & the convenience store.

United StatesOne of the skylights was missing a shade which made it difficult to sleep past the sunrise, that was before 6am. The pullout couch is very uncomfortable, worked much better when I put the mattress on the floor instead.
Amazing personnel, great location and views, clean. Lovely salt water pool. I love that part of Montauk during high season - much more peaceful and not crowded at all.

The location is impeccable. Our studio is facing the ocean and there is outdoor seating. We were blessed to witness the majestic sunset on a clear day. The accessible beach is 2 mins walk. Close to the marina where you can find places to eat.

United StatesThe door did not have an extra latch, I have never seen this at a hotel before. I especially didn’t like it because the rooms open right to the outside. This is bad both for security and for having young children. Also the outdoor fire pits were not working. Still a very nice atmosphere.
It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I also liked that the pool was nice and warm and the location was great.

CanadaWe absolutely loved the location of our room which was an end unit overlooking the waters of Block Sound. We had all our meals on our personal patio with views of beautiful sunsets over the water. Sitting here felt like we were on a cruise ship surrounded by water. The amenities were great and Juan at the Front Desk was so wonderful and attentive and even gave us early check-in although we didn’t request it.
