The online pictures are very deceiving!! The pictures show a different hotel that has much bigger rooms. The room was pretty small which was disappointing but otherwise we loved it!

The location was great, just a few minutes to the beach, plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was nice and clean.

Making me feel not safe as a woman traveling alone it was upsetting to return to my room and find lights on that I purposely turned off, not once but twice.

There was no breakfast.I was a little concerned about someone entering my room while I was out because I found lights turned on twice when I returned after a day out.Not sure I would ever stay there again for that reason or even recommend it to anyone else . Also one night close to midnight a maintance ,or construction worker turned over a large tool chest right in front of my door dropping heavy tools very loudly that sounded like a window shattering which scared me out of my sleep.Maybe they shouldn't try working or moving heavy tools after reasonable hours. .

The problem is that the hotel appeared to be renovating its units, and there were noises coming from the unit next door to my room, and the paint on the ceiling was peeling. Although the shower was working well, the noise from the bathroom exhaust fan is extremely annoying, every time I turned on the light. Another negative factor, at least for me, is the fact that the bedroom window cannot be opened to ventilate the room. Keeping the door opened would be inconvenient and dangerous, and keeping the air conditioning on all the time is unhealthy and uneconomical. The hotel laundry room is very useful and cheap, but we were prevented from using it for two days because of the painting work of the walls. The hotel rules are strict, which is a positive factor, but they should warn that the guests need to wash the towels, replace the soap and eventually the toilet paper too. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

I booked this hotel for its location and price. The H.E.B is a 5 minute drive for the groceries, the beach is 4 or 5 blocks away and the hotel is in a safe area of town. Having a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove are very helpful and the cleaning staff is very efficient as well.

I have no complaints although I did have a problem one night opening my room , I work nights and get in fairly late so I had to wait till maitenance came and opened it. But on the up side he was fast and I didn't have any other problems . The water could've also been a little warmer but overall great experience

We ask Housekeeping for extra toilet paper and an extra sheet because the one on the bed was dirty they said no because we were extended stay, we stayed 3 day and 1 roll of toilet paper was gonna last us it was me my husband and our 4 kiddos WTH

Staff racist and rude no business in the motel business.

I did not get to stay there as the staff refused to check me in. Even after I had received 3 conformation emails from Inn Town Suites and showed them the booking number. They were also rude and racist against white people. After dealing with their rude behavior and witnessing them calling the cops on another guest I left and booked some where else.

hotel rooms weren’t all that clean doors were dirty minor roaches, have to wash your own towels had to walk a mile to throw your own trash when they only did housekeeping once a week. was on third floor felt like I was going to fall through the floor certain areas felt damaged on the floor.

The room needs to be worked on. Water damage on the wall, ceiling, floor, thus paint and part of the wall is peeling off. Carpet needs to be replaced, etc... Cheap bed frame and bed all needs to be replaced, etc.... I'm sure if you walk into the room and take a look you will see the issues. Property in general all seems fine until you enter the room. Investment in the hotel and staff is needed.

Location was fine. AC/Microwave/Fridge all worked well which was good. TV was updated and had good channels. Bath had hot water. Surprised in general based on the room condition that those items worked well and were clean. Price of the hotel for the weekend was cheaper than the other hotels during the Memorial day weekend but on any other day I would not have paid that price.
