The fact that lobby staff and homeowners staff were not very friendly. I guess you can't ask them anything if you book your stay through booking.com. They seemed to be upset that I did it through a 3rd party and they didn't answer any of my questions. The guy responded with multiples, "I don't know," in a bad mood.

The only minor problem I encountered was the kitchen sink faucet. Very small amount of water pressure and it would make an uncomfortable noise when turning on the faucet. Other than that minor problem everything was exceptional.

The cleaning crew did not clean very well. There was sand on all of the living room, furniture and dining room furniture that had not been wiped off. The TV would not work in the master bedroom. The furniture and items in the kitchen were worn. It would be nice if they updated the 20 year-old Mr. coffee maker with a Keurig coffee maker. of the 20-year-old Mr coffee to a Keurig coffee maker.

The only thing I didn't like was that in order to have access to the pool or beach, you are required to have a wristband. I was only given two when I had a group of six. I tried explaining to the staff but they were not very helpful they only gave me two more.

The view was amazing. The room was very clean and organized. I was able to find everything I needed. I can walk a few steps, and I would have immediate access to several restaurants and shopping centers.

If you're looking for a place to stay, I definitely do not recommend this place for various reasons. From the moment we arrived, all the bathrooms were dirty, the floors and couches were full of sand, and the kitchen had water leaking onto the floor by the sink. The beds were extremely uncomfortable— even the room with the king-size bed had a dip in the mattress, which made it squeak whenever you lay down. Since that day, I've been having back problems, and my guests have the same issue. During my stay, it was impossible to sleep because, from morning until afternoon, there was a horrible noise from people drilling in the apartments above where I was staying. The balcony chairs urgently need to be replaced— both myself and an elderly person fell because the chairs are slippery and the fabric is not strong enough to support any weight. On top of that, it was extremely inconvenient to buy food, groceries, and drinks because we had to constantly go up and down the stairs, as the apartment is two stories. Imagine going to the beach carrying all your things— it was exhausting, and it takes more than 10 minutes just to get there. Of course, on the first day, we requested a refund. However, Celia from Vacasa, who was very kind and attentive, told us that the refund would take 3-5 days to process. By that time, it's almost impossible to find a similar or better place at the same price you rented it for. It's hard to book something again without advance notice, and you're stuck without the full amount of money you paid to cover the full stay. Especially when you're traveling from another country and it takes you 7 hours to get there. We had no choice but to stay.

Unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by loud construction during the daytime hours. Jack hammer device removing tile in the adjoining unit. The noise was so disruptive we could not enjoy the unit from 9 to 4, forcing us to leave early. Working with the management company, Vacasa, was frustrating - they were not helpful and only offered a refund for the nights we did not stay, but only if we vacated within an hour (and we were not at the unit because the noise was so disruptive). The adjacent unit had a construction permit so management should have been aware of the noise that would be present and should have communicated before we arrived. At the very least they should have credited the cleaning fee because we had to leave and find another condo and of course pay another cleaning fee and a more expensive stay due to the last minute nature.

The location was great and we appreciated the heated pool and hot tub. The home itself was mostly clean, though the patio could have been better maintained - definitely need to wear shoes outside. Could have been due to the construction next door - see below. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, but be aware that you will need to bring your own basics like sponges, toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil and paper towels.

The property was not timely and adequately maintained. One toilet did not work and the unit flooded with a tremendous amount of water. It took a prolonged time to clean up the water. One TV did not work for several days. The internet worked periodically. The unit smelled after the flood. We were told we would be contacted by the local team and the local operations manager. This never occurred. Our requests for another unit and a refund of our payment was ignored.
