Under construction, could hear constant work on the floors above, water leak in the one of the bathrooms, no effort to resolve.

The couch felt broken down. The upholstery on the couch and chairs was a little dirty. Dirt in the corners in the bathrooms. The sheets on the bed were worn out and wouldn't stay on. The closet was so full of stuff, several comforters for example, that we couldn't hang our clothes up. The silverware drawer had a used paint brush with dried paint on it. Also, in the listing it listed a hot tub as an amenity of the room, listing it after the bathtub, but it was downstairs and empty. Also, be prepared to bring a lot of your own stuff. 3 rolls of tp, little bar soaps, and paper towels are really all you get. Also bring your own wash clothes and possibly extra towels if you're staying longer that a few days. The laundry mat cost 5.00 for a small load and the dryer doesn't get your clothes or towels dry.

The view was fantastic. The bed was very comfy. The beach was beautiful. The balcony was very nice. The microwave and fridge were newer and very clean.

We were locked out of our condo. (Dead battery) Didn’t get the issue resolved until 8:30 the following morning. Shower doesn’t drain. Pool was closed until late evening. Pics on page are a little misleading. View consists of ocean view yes, but also ugly roof tops. Needs a little upkeep overall.

When we arrived our room wasn’t cleaned, but I contacted the property and they were able to get it sorted out and send a cleaning crew!

It was an excellent spot on the beach! Super easy access and very nice staff. Very helpful.

Booked unknowingly through a 3rd party listing on Booking.com the Scallop by brightwild. When we got to the condo there was Heavy Construction going on in and outside of the building, outside pool closed, hot tub closed, spray Park area for the kids was closed and you are Required to rent chairs and umbrellas - you Cannot Setup an Umbrella on the beach in front of your condo. Had an issue with the toilet overflowing. This was an issue they were aware about prior to our arrival but Did Not inform us about it. I contacted the owners to let them know and they do not have a maintenance person for issues at the condo room 1215.Unit 1215 is managed by a 3rd party company and do not have maintenance to service their condo, I was told I could hire a plumber and pay for the issue to be fixed myself and ask the owner of the condo to reimburse me for the cost 👀 I was like WTF! They didn't mention Construction of the Building in the listing and that several amenities were out of order until the Day Before we were to Check-in.They refused to reimburse any money for all of the inconveniences we had during our stay.

The tub it looks like it had been repainted and that's not safe for children. The pillows were flat and winkle also the sheets overall the bedding seem unclean. The rug had mud stains also trash under the couch. The bathroom door lock was missing a screw. One of the Coffee mugs had lip stick stains, and a wine glass also had some brown liquid in it. The couch also had stains VERY unsanitary!!! I would suggest leather couch for easier cleaning. The bathroom rags were also not the brightest they seem old and used just like the sheets and pillows.

The view of the beach and the city. The sunset and ocean were beautiful. Kitchen was beautiful, lots of leftover kitchen items which was very helpful. Great tv entertainment for the kids. Peace and quiet. Great decorations! I love the apartment layout the style was nice and bright. The floors were beautiful. The balcony was nice and clean. I like that they had brooms etc. that was very helpful.

The entire bldg is under renovation. There is scaffolding, workers, noise and disruption all about. And they worked Saturday too. This property was misrepresented from the start. I have a photo from the HOA of a notice that bldg construction was staring 09/05. We made this reservation the first week of October. The hosts knew this was the case. Then we were told we had received an earlier email, with apologies, if we hadn’t, about the pool situation. I checked every communication and we had not received any notice prior to the morning we were to check in. I’d be aware of Booking.com. Not sure what their vetting process is for taking on properties, but this was a zero.

The room itself was clean but not deep clean. The toilets were wobbly and the bathroom fans on the wall were so gross.

We were not made aware the pool was out of order until after we booked. There was no hand soap upon checkin and the bathrooms could use a real cleaning - the shower head was covered in soap scum and mold is coming out of the vent. Parking was almost full or filled up every night and our visit was not during peak/prime time summer which could pose problems for others.

It was the perfect location and a roomy condo! Staff were very nice and check in/out were a breeze! Overall we did enjoy our stay here and would book again.

Not much but there wasn’t a ceiling fan in the bedroom and there was a few loose outlets when things were plugged into it.

Everything was super clean and stocked very well. There was an easy check in which resulted in an early check in. I loved the completely stocked kitchen which was nice for being there a week. The views from the balcony were amazing which was a mixed of ocean/ beach and city views. The two toilets & two sinks were a plus which was nice for 2 people when needing to get ready. Lastly, the location was perfect which was beach front and near coffee, shops, restaurants and fast food.

We did not like the wait for traffic entering or exiting the property during the day.

We loved the quietness of the facility even though it always seemed to be busy. Loved the beach. The staff was very helpful and nice. The unit we rented was very clean and well maintained.
