    Not a lot

    Difficult to find Check in was reception in foot and massage spa Room was upstairs with a door to street and one to reception. We were ready to leave at 6.30 but both doors were locked . We couldn’t get out and if a fire had happened during the night we’d either of had to break down door or climb out a window to the flat roof. Some alarm squeaked all night as it need new batteries

    Location is right on Main Street in Sunbury. Parking meters are free after 5 PM so we could park right in front of the place, which is over the Sunbury Foot Spa, where you check in. Beds were comfortable, refrigerator and freezer were cold, and shower was nice and warm. Julie was very nice and check in was easy. They even provided a refrigerator/freezer in the room after I emailed asking if one was available. They collected a $20 deposit for the room key, which was returned when we returned the room key in the morning.

    It is not clear from the booking.com listing, but there are two separate rooms, one with a queen size bed, and one with a twin bed. These are two separate rooms, each one with a locking door out to the hallway. At the end of the hallway is the bathroom with a locking door. The owners live an apartment across the hallway from the two rooms. There is no lock on the outside door that goes from the street to the stairway and up to the hall where the rooms are. I slept in one room and my adult daughter slept in the other room, but it’s just didn’t feel as safe to me as having a bathroom inside our room. They provide towels, but they are the paper towel disposable kind of towels that are probably used downstairs in the spa. I’ve never had disposable paper towels for a shower before. No elevator so not a good match for mobility impaired individuals.
