The home was centrally located to restaurants and the hostess was friendly and accommodating. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of snacks and drinks. Breakfast was delicious!

Very large room. Convenient location. Good value. Nice spot midway between the area's two main wine regions

Our room ("Karen") is on the main street across from the fire station, so it was a bit noisy.

Breakfast was good. Good location for walking

Bed to tall hard to get up on. Windows air conditioning could be updated. Blinds need replacing so you can open them. Was quiet on week nights but the beat of the music on weekend kept me awake (I know you don't have any control).

We love it! It was perfect location and the beds are amazing! Usually don’t sleep well away from home, but since these rooms are cozy and the beds are great I slept very well! Breakups amazing and homemade. Will definitely stay here again!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

Amazing home cooked breakfast-- old style-- an ACTUAL bnb!! (Before Airbnb killed it!) No crackers and trail mix for breakfast here, this was a delightful mix of fresh fruits and vegetables, good coffee (or tea-- your choice) lovely bread and cheese...so very nice. And served on nice dishes in a lovely environment. Cute old style kitchen and drawing room.

Really nothing. We traveled THROUGH here-- this was a midway stop on a LONG drive (9 hours). We will try and arrange another trip to go through this city again, just to stay in this BnB.

Pretty much everything. The host was great, food was great, even the breakfast conversation with the other guests was great. Can't wait to stay there again.

Our room could have had a small dresser, somewhere to empty our suitcase since we stayed several nights. But that didnt take away from our stay!

The room was awesome, very clean, huge jacuzzi tub, the room was spotless and very comfortable, The Breakfasts that Kristi put out was worth the stay by itself, we will definitely stay there again and we will start staying at B&B from now on, This was our first B&B experience 😀

    Nothing negative to say

Breakfast was magnificant. Coffee, fresh mixed fruit, bacon, sweet potatoes, asparagus frittata, orange juice. Setting was great with lovely people. Located exactly where we needed for the event (farm implement parade).

Only reason I didnt identify this stay as an absolute 10 was that there was a gathering the night we stayed and we felt a bit out of place. I had been notified earlier the day of the stay that there was a 'potluck' but didnt really understand that the gathering was a major event. If I stay again on parade night I will understand the situation and totally jump in to the 'potluck'.

it was a nice, quiet place to stay. very good location since I was going to the Prosser balloon rally.

The entrance to the room was a little bit strange in so much as you had to go in through the kitchen and the dining room and upstairs to get to the room.

The location was fine and it was clean and the bed was really comfortable. also, I enjoyed the breakfast. I also enjoyed the free snacks.

The only way to get upstairs was to go through the kitchen and the dining room then up the stairs to your room. The view from my room was almost non-existent. I was in room Lola.

Sunnyside B&B is our go to place when we visit Yakima Valley. We have been there at least 8 times. The location is perfect for wine tasting from Prosser to Yakima. The rooms are exceptional and Kristi does an amazing breakfast. Coffee on the patio in the morning and wine and ice cream in the evening is my favorite activity.

Absolutely loved the spacious room and the tub was exactly what was needed after working all night on a construction job. Slept very well and the room seems well insulated against noise from the outside or other rooms. Very much appreciated having a stocked kitchen to eat in and raid the fridge when needed. I worked from out of state and having more of a home away from home experience was greatly appreciated.

Well, I thought there was a breakfast each morning of my stay, but after the first day it was evident this wasn't the case. I was just really glad for well stocked fridge to pull good food from.
