Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The bed was springy, meaning you can feel each and every spring and support in it, the water pressure in the shower was quite low but loud. The area around the motel, was a bit seedy with tons of people hanging out at all hours of the night
I needed a room to stay for an event the next day, It is a typical 80-90's style motel the check in was quick and prompt, easy access parking and a few steps away from grocerie store and fast food... They have cameras in the parking lot which is a bonus!

Something we'd read, probably the website, had led us to believe there would be breakfast -- which was not true. It is reasonable not to serve it, but in that case, not to lead us to expect it. The coffee that was served was, frankly, pretty bad; and we found it hit-or-miss whether we could get hot water for tea. There were quirks in the room supplies -- only one set of towels when we are a couple, no alarm clock. But anything we asked about was promptly and cheerfully dealt with.
The pleasantness and responsiveness of staff was good to spectacular. When we needed help, we got it; or at least we got a reasonable explanation why it wasn't possible. We also found the motel to be a reasonably good value. It was not a ritzy part of town, but we felt safe. Good grocery store across the street.

Room was needing things. Towels, ice bucket. Pillows were really lame. Seems like with a little work the room could be better. Maybe under staffed?
Staff were wonderful. Quite, felt safe. Good location.

The TV only had one channel that worked + no toilet paper in the room. The outer grounds were occupied by some large rats.
The night attendant was very helpful and accommodating.

Mentioned breakfast on the booking and their own website. We chose because of this. Breakfast of no sort was included and we had to go elsewhere. We were told there was a discount but we didn't get one vs the advertised price on the booking. Disappointed about that and there not being a bath tub
Very friendly staff that are easy to work with an accommodate. Decent shower, pillows, bed. Microwave, free wifi and fridge. Clean enough.

Lacking normal complimentary room items. No cups, ice bucket. Only had one towel and one wash cloth. No ash tray. Room needed things cleaned better. Stuffy and the air machine didn't totally work

Very old motel badly in need of renovation and maintenance, inside and out. Some homeless men wandering about nearby, but no disturbances during our stay.
Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Quiet location with easy access to freeway, and to shopping and restaurants on Everett Mall Parkway.

It is set back from the road, so went past it the first time, did not see the sign.
The room was adequate for my need, which Wes overnight on a trip. For the price, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was not clean. There was a false eyelash stuck to the nightstand (I didn't use that side of the bed), the bed was rock hard, the sink faucet had......something (possibly poop) on it that I just cleaned off then scrubbed my hands with hot water and soap. The motel was full and I knew there was nowhere else to go because many motels/hotels were sold out so I made the best of it. The blanket was full of cigarette burn holes. The a/c barely worked.
Will and his wife were amazing! I really appreciated how kind they were and how attentive. The room I was supposed to be in smelled weird according to Will and he made sure that I got a room that didn't smell even though they were very close to capacity. I cannot explain enough how much they made a very rough stay so much easier for me!! Thank you Will!!

looked a bit old and some things like a light and an outlet not working so I had to take turns with the fridge and t.v cause both uses same outlet where only 1 plug worked. Also there not pet friendly at all!!!.
that they had a room that u can smoke in that’s huge to me. unlike other hotels treat smokers like sub par human beings

tv remote worked when it wanted tv channels suck, bathroom was dirty ( mold) only 1 set towels for 2 people, place is quite run down & out dated mattress sagged . hotel isn't pet friendly.
room was ready , microwave & mini fridge in room. gentleman at front desk was very friendly & helpful, hotel had smoking rooms

room wasn’t super clean. tv was old and small. woke to other patrons screaming at each other a few times. trip was extended so we asked how much another night was, and was told over double the price it was on booking.com. staff was friendly and helpful and location is nearby convenience stores.

the customer rep is acting not fair at all. also the property don’t honored online booking even if they had a open room but since you book online you have to cancelled your stay and let their own booking take the open spot. even if you came first and the reservation is confirmed.

I went to go take a shower and the shower head was cracked and sprayed everywhere and I had burn holes in my bed spread , but other than those things it was a quiet stay
