The curtains were not privacy blinds, so they were not covering the window completely. The bathroom did not have a shelf or anything to hang for a bathroom items on. There was only one towel hanging on the bathroom rack. There was a spider on the floor that we had to clean out. Walls and doors had lots of dirty marks.

My room had no closet bar and no dresser or other place for "drawer " items. Because a renovation is still in progress, this may be temporary.

The room was freshly painted, and the owners were good. The gentleman who checked me in was neither pleasant nor unpleasant; the woman I interacted with was warm and congenial. This is a small motel, which I liked, and the whole property is being renovated - not a million-dollar property, but you're not paying million-dollar prices. The bath/shower tile was a clean, white oversized subway-tile design that was contemporary and appealing. The fixture choices were good ones. Easy in-and-out. Although the parking lot at this time was unfinished and the spots were tight and narrow, wherever you park, you are only steps from your car. The owners-managers were respectful in not being overly in your business, or not allowing you to have a local friend stop by.

Border around the base of the bed, it was metal and mad a loud noise. Would have preferred it open under the bed for easier access for ADA equipment.

Location, very friendly staff, clean, very accommodating, I'm in a wheelchair and there was plenty of room to move around in the room. They are renovating, and we were in one of the newly renovated rooms.

Just can't wait until the remodel is finished and they need some premium channels like HBO which they currently don't have.

Most of the rooms are newly remodeled and very nice. New mattress, floors tv etc. The rooms that haven't been remodeled yet are still clean and comfortable. The manager was very nice and outgoing which is hardly ever the case at motels in this area.

With the construction going on, you can’t really sleep in as workers start around 8am but it’s all good, I understand.

It’s currently being remodeled so all rooms are basically brand new.

Guy took my 50 deposit and claims he never charged me a deposit when I clearly remembered he had to cut my bill and received change in return. I definitely got scammed out of my 50 bucks 😩

Rooms smell like cigarettes smoke…the AC was loud… the shower didn’t drain.. the toilet was back up… Poor parking

Amazing! Exceptionally clean, tons of conveniences such as a small fridge and microwave, a parking lot, and a lovely donut shop just down the street. And the staff is so welcoming. (Plus the room is sound proof!)

Charging Me a different amount upon checking in & and telling me that I need to sort it out with Booking for the difference. Rather disappointing honestly. But there are plenty of motels for the same price. Probably won't be going back there.

Everything was great. One thing that would be a nice addition is a couch or small comfortable chair in the room, and also bedside lights.

Rooms were clean and nice, and staff was great. Nice area and very convenient to many attractions and the beach. Lots of restaurants around also. Room had a mini fridge and microwave, which was a pleasant surprise.

The people this place attracts are drug dealers, pimps, and hookers. I have been woken up at 3:30AM numerous nights with cars arriving dropping off the hookers while blaring their heavy bass. Some nights there were people chatting it up in the parking lot. The place does not enforce any kind of quiet hours. In the seven days I stayed there, I was bitten by bugs and I counted seventeen bites. I also managed to kill about three spiders. The rooms were in various states of disrepair and the TV are mounted really high. The sink was also mounted really high and that made it more difficult to shave.

The manager dude was cool and the rate was cheap.

Not a single thing. I have zero problems with this place whatsoever. Love it here!!

Everything!! I would choose this hotel over something like the Hamptons any day! I have to drive an hour and a half to work everyday and work 9-12 hours each day. Most nights I’m too exhausted to drive all the way home. I’ve been coming to this hotel every other night now for a couple of weeks, and hands down the best hotel I’ve been to in years. The staff are remarkably friendly, I’ve never heard a word about late check-ins or outs, and the rooms are always clean. The staff even allow me to sleep in late and don’t charge fees or bang on my door because I’m two minutes late leaving. I cannot express how comfortable they make my stay feel every time.

Bedding looks like it was not changed from the previous occupant, there was hair and stains in the sheets and pillowcases. Outside really dirty and questionable people hanging out at night. No phone, no closet, no drawers, and AC too loud.
