It wasn’t the absolute worst and I’d totally stay again. But there was a smell in our condo. Like old, again it wouldn’t keep me away but if you don’t like it just keep that in mind. Also, our door to the balcony was stuck. We eventually got it open but it was corroded.

The property was well taken care of. I constantly saw the staff working to make the property clean and just taken care of.

The only down thing I would recommend adding is having a mop I would love if next time we visit they provide a mop that way we are able to mop the water when kids have to go inside to use restroom or etc.

We had such an amazing time, 2nd time, booking this place by far my favorite place to visit.

The pool and jacuzzi were literally outside our back door which was nice but you could hear all the guests.

It was easily accessible and right by the beach. Pool and jacuzzi were nice.

Appliances seem a little old. Example: The stove only had two burners that worked. Toilet was flushing properly but flushed eventually.

The location was amazing. A few steps away from the beach.

The ocean view from the living room, bedroom and balcony was AMAZING!!!! The kitchen had all the amenities and more. The condo was spacious and clean. The heated pool and hot tub were made this off season stay so worth it. The property was very well maintained.

Only down side was that the back door to the condo did not lock from the outside. So someone has to lock it from the inside and then walk all the way around. Made it a little inconvenient.

Loved it. Great location to the beach. Rince off and pool right outside your door.!

I didn't like that children at the pool kept jumping in while the parents were there.

The location is great! It is so close to the beach. The condo is very comfortable.

probably bigger TV's and update the living room pullout couch. Update balcony chairs. Remodel showers.

The apartment was very clean and very well maintained. The view from the balcony was amazing especially in the morning. I like that it had everything you needed, very well organized.

Door to balcony was hard to open. Disappointed that we were not allowed to have our family join us for lunch in the condo. We would have respected the property and simply would have eaten our sandwiches and been back at the beach within an hour. Instead we had to have our sandy sandwiches out on the beach.

Loved the location. Everything we needed to cook was there. Totally appreciated the sharp knives. #littlethings The place was clean including linens.

My only tiny suggestion is the parking pass. Only one is offered to a room housing 5 people. Not all people show up in the same vehicle so offering two parking passes would help a lot. I know spaces are limited but still plenty to accommodate larger parties. Other than that tiny issue, this place is awesome and highly recommend

It would have been nice if you would have left a parking permit on the counter like you said. We only had the weekend and it took half a day to get my car back from Ranchito Towing. Very unpleasant experience.

The room that my family and I stayed in had small roaches in the kitchen that would come out at night. On the floor or on top of the counter. We noticed it the first night we stayed.

How close it was to the beach and the view from the balcony. How it has an access code to be able to go to the beach and pool. The rooms were spacious too.

For one of the rooms, we were given the wrong key code (one digit off).

The Location and convenience were the key. The units were very nice and clean. Access was easy to the beach and amenities was great.

TV didn’t work (came for the beach anyway), some of the outlets didn’t work, balcony light didn’t work.

Had trouble with the codes several times for the door but it was taken care of immediately each time this is why it was only 9 stars instead of 10
