Room in need of repairs. Bathroom in need of cleaning. Floor in front of the toilet had a sunk in area. In front of the sink on the floor had a screw head sticking out. Our door would not lock so we blocked it with a chair.

we like motels because you can pull the car right up to your door.

I plugged my blow dryer in to use and it blew the cord off it sparked and knocked out the electricity in the room. I am glad I was not electrocuted by their shoddy electrical outlets. There were flys in the room and the sheets had holes in them ans mattress was old and lumpy

at check in the night auditor was very nice had great customer service but the room was not clean I had to go buy towels the towels In the room were dirty with stains the sheets were dirty with stains the air conditioner had build up with a dirty filter and at a check out the auditor’s had poor customer services and rude

The room smelt like someone had smoked seven packs of cigarettes. I had changed rooms twice because the two rooms weren’t clean they were still trash. Beds weren’t made the pillows were thrown about.

Property had a cigarette butts everywhere construction material lane about ceilings were missing from the walkway stairs were wobbly.

The room smelled very bad, urine and more! The bed had a plastic that didn't let us sleep well, the room was dirty, and there was a leak in the air conditioning all bad.

Place is in very bad shape. It is filthy inside the rooms. They gave me the key to my room. I went to my room and the bed wasn't even made the lights were on TV was on, it was like somebody just literally left. I didn't even stay the night. Place is very disgusting.

My belongings were stolen by the cleaning lady returned clothes but was not reimbursed for the things not given back. That is plain stealing if I was to take a towel I would be charged plus no phones in room very poor living status mold on door and ceiling in bathroom faucet broken no hot water tiles broken in bathroom no phones to contact office.

They allow guests to blast music from rooms until 2am--with the door open! Front desk staff said "call 911" upon bringing it to their attention. They also allowed guest to light off LOUD fireworks. Imagine trying to sleep (can't due to the music) and hearing a LOUD boom...like a gunshot ...starting at 1am. They truly should invest in hiring either off duty police or armed security for this location. Your family will not feel safe. People sitting in their cars loitering...just bizarre...never seen this at hotel before.

The heater took a long time to hear the room. The hot water in the shower didn't get hot only warm. The door wouldn't stay shut without locking it. When I left the room the door only came to it didn't shut or lock.

1st room holes in blanket sheets dirty 2nd room lots of hair on bed 3rd room I stayed but dead bug on floor toilet not cleaned. Floors not vacuum, Carpet torn, in all 3 rooms. This place is disgusting!!!! None of the three rooms had been cleaned

Would like to get an earlier check in after traveling 5/6 hours. Also For the rooms to all have their personal parkings. You have to park 3/4 rooms away from your own room and can not keep an eye on your personal vehicle. Deep Clean rooms, especially behind the corner tables, scrub the showers and please mop. DO A DEEP CLEANING ONCE A WEEK AT LEAST. I KNOW YOUR SHIRT ON STAFF.

The part to where I had an issue was the fact that I had been on the road for 10 hours and all I wanted to do was go to bed. I get the keys to my room and it was dirty. There was hair in the bed sheets, floors hadn't been swept, curtains were torn, it smelled like mildew, the list goes on. I went back down to the front and asked for another room. Went to that room and it was dirty as well. Went back down got moved to a third room and it was dirty as well. I finally went back to the front and asked for a refund. Unfortunately the girl at the front couldn't give me a refund until the morning when a manager was there. I called the next morning and spoke to the same girl I delt with the night before and she said that the manager wasnt available but she refunded my money already first thing. I did ask for the manager to call me back but never has and it's been a month. I did finally recieve my money back which I was happy about.

The staff was nice and the hotel was in a great location. I was in town because I was moving my daughter into college.
