We stayed on the super eight side of the hotel. The room definitely needed some repair. The stopper was broken in the bathroom faucet (so I manually took the stopper off so that the sink would drain), the tub was all marked up (it was hard to tell if it was dirt or chips), and the bathroom door was falling off of it Hinges and was difficult to close and open. There were some dirt on the floor in the bathroom and a Fruitloop right under the bed. When I picked up the telephone to call the front desk, the phone did not work. I received a text asking if everything was OK and to respond, but when I did respond, nobody responded back! My message was about the lack of coffee maker… There was no coffee maker in the room, and when they brought one, the pot was too little for the maker! And when they brought the coffee maker, they left no coffee. I had to go and get that. The breakfast buffet was just adequate. They did have waffles, however, no other hot food. You had a choice of cereal with cows milk, which I don’t drink, yogurt, and bagels, instant oatmeal and waffles. There was bananas. I would call this a continental breakfast. My friend got lost all the time so maybe a few more signs in the halls ways coming from the second floor would be good.

I love the location. We were less than 10 miles from the Blossom music center. I love the price, we chose to stay here because it was almost $65 cheaper than another place we had booked in Cahoga Falls. I love the comfortable beds, we both slept like a log. The hotel was quiet, and our room was dark. I love the staff. Especially a young man with curly dark hair who was so personable and kind. The woman in charge of the breakfast buffet was also very kind and hard-working. I like that there was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.

The room was comfortable and mostly clean. There was a bit of mildew in the bathtub. Some of the hotel guest were a bit sketchy. The continental breakfast was good...The fresh bananas were the best!

The staff here are awesome! Front desk person was great, friendly and personable! The housekeeper was able to find me a coffeemaker (not in room) and she made sure we didn't need anything our entire stay. The room was okay, no problems. We didn't go to breakfast so I can't remark on that.

The room could stand a refresh. We had a deluxe queen room, it had a fridge and a microwave. a sink area outside the bathroom, (complete with toothpaste in it), I assume was for coffee, NO pot, just to cups, no ice bucket. Bathroom was half clean, floor in the room was dirty, had not been mopped. The put several families with kids above us and stomped around like elephants most of the time.

First room given was dirty as if staff decided making the beds was all the that was needed. Got a new room and it has been cleaned. Neither rooms had floors/carpets clean enough to move about without slippers/socks/shoes. None of our possessions were placed on the floors. Additionally, dogs are allowed and they were dogs barking loudly as I walked through the hall. We were up and out long before checkout!

The lobby is inviting.

Poor lighting, not enough electrical outlets, shower heads needs upgrading, better pillows and mattress, no in room coffee maker.

The layout was very maze like - I got lost a couple times. Also seemed like there was only one elevator or set of stairs in a far off corner as options to gain levels.

They are dog friendly! Nice staff and giant king size room! Bath tub looked a little sketch but I didn’t test it.
