The room smelled so muggy and you could feel the moisture! The breakfast was the smallest amount of options I've ever seen! No fruit, no yogurt. Nothing healthy! The beds were a little hard but it worked out. The staff came into our room while we were gone without us knowing and just threw our blankets kind of on our beds! I do not like that! We stayed in a double Queen room but you only get one towel I guess! Crazy!!

The location was close for fishing! It was quiet there and made it good for sleeping!

Run down exterior and outdated lobby was my first impression. Lobby was hot as no air conditioning was on. Staff unavailable. Room was clean. Bathroom fixtures in sink and shower were in poor condition. Breakfast was horrible. Rock hard biscuits and bad coffee. Feral cats.

The floor was dirty in spots,the shower head was horrible plugged up with scum,there was trash and food in one of the bedside tables. There are holes in the towels, and they reuse the card holders, which is not a good idea. jerms and other things could be on there. The price was ok, but it should have been cheaper as they didn't clean the rooms as they should. Bed could have been better. And not enough pillows, also found a pillow in one of the drawer under the TV,and was not told about it. When I was checking out there was no one behind the desk, the person was sitting down arguing with another person and told me to put the key card on the desk...very unprofessional and very RUDE!

Very old towels and blanket with holes in it. No one around from 6 to 6:30 am at the desk or for the breakfast. Really nothing to eat other than waffles and toast and cold cereal.

The hotel itself was clean. The room we got, I made them change the toilet seat out because it was old and looked like it was cleaned with sandpaper. We were there to handle a death in the family that happened unexpectedly and ended up having another person stay with us and a dog. They told us to remind them at check out. We did that and was told that it was going to be another $50 dollars for a total of $350 for the stay. I had a funny feeling, so I went back in to get a receipt from them, and they had started cleaning the room and said that was fine and we headed to the front. We got outside the room where the young daughter came up and was not in the room, said the room smelled like smoke. The owner then said as we were walking to the front for the receipt (and never mentioned anything about the room smelling like smoke while we were in it). Yes, it does. I told them we never smoked in the room. My husband and sister in law always went outside to smoke. They always saw them outside smoking. They were going to charge me for something that did not happen! Luckily, the son stepped in, and that did not happen. But, the daughter is extremely rude. Hopefully, we do not need to go back. If we do, i would rather sleep in my vehicle before staying here. I do not want to deal with the owner or the daughter(who said she hates dogs).

I think it may have been the son. He was the most helpful and friendly. The owners can take some lessons from him. If possible, deal with him.

The bathroom smelled like sour cloths out of the laundry that set for to long in the washer, the beds were uncomfortable, the room was way to hot and the heater wasn't even on. We can't sleep when it's 75°. It felt like a sauna.

To begin with when I checked in the man was very rude. He lacked every ounce of customer service. The parking lot and side walks were dangerously covered in ice. I nearly fell every time I went outside. The room was well below the standard I expect to see when I think of a Wyndham property. My room lacked security. There was no bolt or chain lock, merely the turn knob lock. The breakfast was absolutely unacceptable. You advertise a good breakfast with stay. The apple juice was fermented. There were absolutely no choices for breakfast foods other than dry cereal, without eating utensils or bowls, the milk was curdled, and the eggs weren't even refrigerated. I'm so disappointed. I never seen anyone other than checking in the entire time I stayed there. So it was impossible to bring it to the staff attention.

I honestly could not name 1 thing good about this location other than there was a roof over my head.

Stafff not professional and acted like they were doing me a favor after I am the paying customer

It was the only place in a snow storm and the front desk man was not polite was rude and then when we weren't sure if our pet bird was going to stay with he was extremely hostile and not professional is understanding of English was clearly a problem and then proceeded to be disrespectful and rude and st check out was 11 am we got out of rooms 16 min later he walked in the room at 11 without knocking and was yelling at me to check out very unprofessional and I hope to never ever half to stay in that location again

No hand soap in room- don’t expect a breakfast. We tried it first morning- orange juice was brownish, Expired. Actually a lot of things were expired. Nothing seemed cleaned. The syrup bottles had lids tore off and flys landing on everything. Disgusting. Accidentally left 3 trail cameras behind and they never had the decency to call and let us know.

Tried to book a room in Kearney, booking.com booked in Alma, charged my card despite selecting to pay at property. The property and booking.com both claim the other party owes my money back. Will never book through booking.com again, will never stay at Super 8 again. Buyer beware!!

The shower hadn't been cleaned. Shower had long strands of hair in it and the shower curtain had teardrops of soap and dirt you could see on the inside while you showered.
