A standard Super 8, person at desk was friendly and efficient. Handy to airport - shuttle runs on the hour from 4am to 6pm. It is about 20 mins walk (dropped rental car off after 6pm).

Proprietor could have made his presence more noticeable -- he was never at the front desk (nor was anyone else). There were house flies in the room, and I spent too much time swatting them (without a fly swatter). There were no facecloths. Bed was far too hard -- I got back aches from it. North wall of the room had paint scratched off from it -- unsightly. I thought the pricing of the room was a little high (for a discount motel), but I was there on a weekend.

Breakfast was so-so. Nothing hot (except coffee). Virtually everything (petite muffins, rolls, yogurt cups, fruit cocktail) had high sugar content. Coffee was not robust. Disposal paper plates, cups, bowls. Plasticware. Location was convenient along Intertstate 90 and restaurants, service stations and shopping stores close by. Room location and amenities were satisfactory. Check in was fast. Quiet.

Computer equipment to check in and to print a receipt later was too slow. Would have preferred direct entry/ access to room from parking lot. Breakfast was very average, so-so. Coffee was hot but not robust or strong. No creamers for the coffee. No hot food —everything was cold. Facility could have been closer to restaurants other than a McDonald’s.

Proprietor was not prompt to check me in but was very friendly and remembered my name. I could tell he wanted to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Explained after hours entry. Generally the facility appeared well maintained. Room was clean lacking only a comfortable sitting chair. A drawer knob was missing — should have been easy to replace. Close to the interstate highway.

I was concerned with my safety, cleanliness, the room was extremely hot, and throughout the hotel there was a very pungent odor. I left and went to another hotel, immediately.

The breakfast...got there at 7:30 in the morning..nothing to eat but dry cereal and milk...no toast, bagel or donuts...I mean NOTHING...the bed was so hard I got up with a back ache

Overall, the property needs to be cleaned up. The girl at the front desk was rude and not friendly whatsoever.

The plumbing, water gushing in from the ceiling in the bathroom, delayed and unacceptable response to the issue. Cleanliness, rooms need to updated. Limited breakfast. Noisy, allow pets and barlkng dog across hall.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking when the upstairs bathroom sink, toilet, or shower was run. It ran right down onto the toilet in our bathroom. Not a pleasant feeling while using the toilet. Also, I requested a printed receipt, and she refused. Stating since from a 3rd party should couldn't give me one. Never had that problem before. Room number was 105.
