Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe toilet did not work at all we thankfully checked in late so we were only there to sleep but all restrooms need were held until we went to a nearby fast food place to do our business. The WiFi did not work. When we tried to reach front desk to let them know about the toilet to ask for a new room there was no answer. This was very inconvenient since I was 6 months pregnant and constantly use the restroom.

BelgiumThe breakfast was a joke. They have a sign where they taped over 'light' in front of the breakfast. But they shouldn't be tagged on this platform as having breakfast. Staff refused to provide me an invoice. Still pending with booking's customer service. There was a power outage between 7pm - 3am. It's out of control of the property, but I'd still expect some kind of gesture on their part, since it did ruin the stay as it was 42C at that time

United StatesWater in shower is small, the pool and jacuzzi are dirty with leaves and dust. The jacuzzi is not heated or maintained. No USB port in the room, the bedding has cigarette holes or stain of gums. Breakfast room is not in use, breakfast is basically coffee, bars, and instant oatmeal.
It’s close to the highway, it has a mini fridge and a microwave, it’s relatively quiet.

BrazilThe carpet was dirty, and the room was very noisy due to major roads on both sides. We had to change rooms at 10 pm when we discovered that the toilet tank was refilling extremely slowly (15 minutes), making it impossible to flush properly. The breakfast experience was disappointing, resembling a joke with a bag containing only an apple, a yogurt, and a biscuit.
Staff at reception desk was very friendly and helpful.
