There were only 2 pillows on the beds. Had to request more towels/cloths as there weren't enough for our group(number of guests wasspecified in the reservation). The breakfast was just a muffin and chex mix in a bag. There was a bowl with apples in it as well. It was difficult locating the hotel. Not clearly visible from the street.

The room was clean. The beds were decent. The staff was friendly. Coffee was good.

Breakfasts are still served pre wrapped in a lunch bag for covid reasons, i suppose this could be a pro or a con depending on the person.

This hotel was the cleanest, most updated, nicest hotel I've ever stayed at for this price.

I didn’t enjoy the lack of cleanliness in the room. The sheets had burn holes, stray hairs, and black scuff marks. The entire room had a layer of dust that has settled over the years. The bathroom drain cover fell off after turning the water on and the shower head had weird settings that couldn’t be adjusted. Throughout the night, we encountered several sketchy people and it made us weary of our parked vehicle. We had to request additional pillows because the ones provided were flat and small. The hotel staff didn’t offer new towels, trash pickup, or turn down service. There was also a daily inconvenience of renewing our electronic keys.

I really enjoyed the location; central to everything I needed access to. I enjoyed how friendly the check-in staff was while slightly unprofessional it was a real and honest experience. I enjoyed the water pressure and length of time I was able to take a hot shower. We enjoyed the local tv channels for the children to watch and the strong WiFi connection that we all used. We also enjoyed the various lighting options that we adjusted throughout our stay.

The front desk clerk could have been a little nicer, but she was efficient. Our only complaint was where we were required to park. Apparently, there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel and the parking area was torn up and contained large construction machinery. We had to carry our bags quite a distance to the room. The hotel is also located in a very congested area, and getting out to pick up food was quite a challenge.

The room was super clean and the big, flatscreen tv was great! Beds were comfortable and clean. My husband and I like it extremely dark when we sleep, and the double shades on the window blocked out light better than any hotel we have ever stayed in!

An additional ice machine located on the 2nd floor would be nice. Most places where I have stayed in the past have one on each floor, usually with a vending drink machine.

Breakfast was just some stuff in a bag??? Not sure why unless it's because of covid. You should still offer the hot breakfast and for those that are afraid to come down and partake, well they can just skip it. Maybe offer the bags for them and the hot for the rest of us. Otherwise discount the prices.

Quiet area at night. Clean facility. I really liked the art pieces above the beds. We stayed at our first Super 8 in Corbin, KY several years ago, and that's when I fell in love with the decor. The upgrades were very nice, and there were plenty of outlets. I liked the small open chair next to the window. We will definitely stay at more Super 8s down the road. The shower head had very good pressure. Thank you for putting care into your facility. Keep up the good work.

No firm pillows. Could use lighting around the suitcase stand area. The bed lights attached to the bed lamps didn't work. Small details.

The shower head had a lot to be desired. Water trickled, which made it difficult to rinse. There were also stains on the bedspread, which was disgusting. You desperately need signage that can be seen from the highway, and showing the entrance.
