The older staff members need training on how to treat guests or if they don’t like someone, they just shouldn’t check them in. It’s that simple. Don’t check guests in and then treat them badly while they stay and make them regret purchasing a room or rooms with you!

Mold in the bathroom, I paid for a lake view and there was none, paid for hot breakfast and there was none.

The bed was comfortable, though a bit tall to get on comfortably.

The cleanliness of room. We asked for non smoking and the room reeked of cigarettes. The couch in room was very dirty and had cigarette butts under cushions. The sheets were stained and my husband was bit by ants.

The hotel is at a very good location...everything was clean. I felt it very bothersome that someone printed a paper says "ONLY 2 SAUSAGE PER QUEST"due to the amount of people that stayed...which I felt was very rude considering the fact people are displaced with nowhere to go because of the hurricane and could have went several days with anything to eat! That was very unprofessional and the ladies that cook the food are EXTREMELY RUDE and STARE at you the entire time you are getting your breakfast! Not to mention the floor that my room was on smelt like a MARIJUANA DISPENERY!!!!

Rooms smell. We’re not clean. Microwave was not clean. I could not even touch. Coffee pot did not work. Only one cloth hanger in closet. Chair in room has stains.

No breakfast was being served, even though it was advertised on web site. After confronting and pointing out to the gentleman at reception, he offered some credit. Have pictures of dirty area, shared with staff, I will not post. Staff was nice.

I was asked for a deposit for my service animal and told that it would be returned after my checkout but you aren’t supposed to be charged for a service animal and I was never charged in the past. This just started happening recently because the housekeepers pass up our room and won’t knock and ask if we need service so we can take the dog out and let them clean. Then on checkout day, they complain about dog hair on the floors but they don’t do their job! If you stay multiple days they expect you to do their job and when I stayed for a week, I was! I used my own cleaning supplies. Also, the older woman at the desk is horrible! After my stay my daughter left her phone and I called in about it. The lady described the phone to me, with me as I was explaining and when I told her I was coming to retrieve it, she suddenly switched up and said it wasn’t there! I ended up having to call the police and still never got my daughter’s phone back although it shows it’s still there. I had to make a police report for theft! Why would the staff steal from the guest? Especially a child.

Well kept. Easy access to rooms. Room was clean and neat. Everything was in good working order. Room was stocked with all necessities. Staff was polite. Would recommend to anyone.

Unit had a general level of filth that surpassed any daily cleaning. There was blood on the floor, unidentifiable muck on the chair, stains on the sheets, and mildew in the shower. The comforter had a cigarette burn through it. The unit had an unpleasant odor to it. There was noise all night long coming through the walls.

advertised on their own site complimentary breakfast. The only thing that was put for this so-called breakfast was a lukewarm flask of coffee and only 3 cookies. This for all the rooms they have? 3 biscuits between all guest and 1 flask of lukewarm coffee. I chose the hotel because of a suitable location and the breakfast. After complaining and insisting that they refund my the price of breakfast so we could eat breakfast elsewhere, Themanager returned $20-- to me to cover two breakfasts.

The minute I parked my car, I saw 3 young girls outside their room smoking pot and an older man come out their room cover in tattoos smoking as well. It looked very sketchy to me and they had a camera in the their window facing the parking lot. Needless to say I just left and didn’t even stay in the room

The only issues I had were that the towels weren't restocked and there was candy wrappers on the floor and the phone had something sticky all over it. I've stayed here multiple times and this seems to be a single instance.

This is a nice facility. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff is very nice also. They've got security cameras for the parking lot. This place is kind of tucked away and great for a weekend get away or just a night of leisure. Plenty of access to restaurants that are very close by and an h.e.b. right across the street for those longer stays!

Nothing. I get here and the lady says they have no power but I already paid for it online and drove 30 minutes wasting gas.
