We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt has a coffee machine that uses pods but no pods. There's coffee in tea bags but no way to boil water unless you're supposed to use the pod machine. Breakfast was ok, enough to fill up. Not much cooked food. They did have this yellow stuff, I think I might have been eggs!?

United StatesBreakfast was very....questionable. The gravy for biscuits was left in the crockpot all day and overnight and reheated the next morning. Not a smart thing to do. That's the reason for the "meh" on cleanliness.

United StatesThe bed was covered on what looked like per hair when we arrived, but the staff changed the bed linens quickly after we asked them too. Overall not bad. The basement room was not elevator accessible. You can tell people were rough on the rooms furniture, but that's expected for Sturgis SD sadly

United StatesThe motel didn't have an elevator or any luggage carts. My spouse had trouble taking the stairs--even though there were only 2 floors. I had previously asked for a ground floor room, but I guess the only room big enough for us was on the second floor.
The room was a 2 bed suite with a sofa bed. It was comfy for 4 adults and a small dog. The balcony was handy for my brother the smoker. My spouse enjoyed waffles for breakfast. The motel was right off the interstate exit and easy to find, but wasn't noisy.
