The missing light and/or smoke detector and corroded outlets that didn't work and water stains on the ceiling suggest either a current or past issue with water 😬 Breakfast was wanting. And the non smoking was not enforced. Our hall smelled like the bar before the smoking ban. Water pressure was good. Water outlets needed to be descaled or replaced. Water went everywhere but the tub or sink. These are just basic maintenance items. We have stayed at multiple Wydham properties. This was definitely the bottom of the list.

Rooms and Beds were clean. Staff when we found them were nice enough.

People staying there stomp up and down the hall , slam their doors going in and out all hours of the night , talk & argue very loud , a lot of ignorant people , and a lot of them smoke pot in their room and the hotel reeks of pot when you walk in . The muffins are awful , coffee taste like camel pee , and then there is some waffle mix that's it ! Not breakfast. Should have better coffee and rolls /Danish, maybe cereal , get rid of the waffles

There was no closet, no iron, no hairdryer, no coffee maker, on table for items and no dresser. Most basic room ever. When I asked for an extra pillow for the pullout, he said you have 4 pillows on the bed, and gave me one extra light blanket no more pillows, and then the pullout had no sheet on it. The Jacuzzi was big and water stayed hot, but the tub could definitely use updating, you can tell it's old. For breakfast all they had was waffles and bad coffee. Juice machine is broke and no other choices for your free continental breakfast. McDonald's is next door and might be a better option.

The price was OK for a Jacuzzi suite.

The room had issues there was no smoke detector, the remote for the TV didn't work (they came with several different ones and it didn't really work right either. I couldn't turn the TV off.), finally the sink was broken so there was no hot water.

did not smell good. desk clerk barely talked. advertised breakfast. there was nothing just coffee. only a bed in the room. it did have mini fridge. no chair no table, no coffee machine, no shelf or place to set soap or shampoo in shower. toilet mad this horrible loud squealing when you flushed it. no pop machine, snack machine out of . was never anyone one and when they were very unfriendly

Well I got the hotel thinking it had a swimming pool and when I got there they told me that it was not working. Number one should have been told to me on the phone and number two. It should have been fixed in a very quick manner so that would be what I disliked

The location was in a busy spot in Kansas so if there was many things you needed to do, you were in the right spot. If it was quiet in peace you wanted it. You were in the wrong spot. Everything was clean. The bed was comfy and the people were friendly. I'd go back

Wasn't very clean, the hallways smelled like cigarettes. Room didn't smell though. Damp towels from previous guests were still hanging in the bathroom, and there was mold on the shower tile. Tub was clean though. There was a side exit door right next to our room that didn't shut, so It didn't feel very safe.

Conveniently located for UM game. Staff was friendly. Room was ready early.

Not sure if it was trucks on the road or someone in a nearby room but most of the night there was a loud rumbling sound (best way to describe it was like heavy furniture being moved around). Other than that it was a good place to stay
