    Sausages and eggs were very good. Could not find the remote to turn on the TV to see the news while eating.

    You might want to check your syrup for the waffles, it had a strange taste to it. the carpets need a cleaning. I didn't have any tissue's in the room, and the TV wasn't plugged in.

    Breakfast was always warm, but the same thing every day.Could have switched bacon for the sausage or some sausage gravy and biscuits

    The property line in the back where the dog goes potty was full of trash, glass and other yuck stuff

    Adam and Heather were super nice.

    The AC in our room made a horrible noise about every 30 mins or so. The beds were very tall. It was hard for my short self to jump up in them.

    Staff was fine.

    Smell walking through the hallway. The carpet looked dirty and smelly. I couldn’t walk barefoot throughout my very short stay. Room had this funky smell.

    The bed was fairly comfortable, better than many 2 star locations

    There was a lot of smell in the room. It dissipated eventually or I just got used to it. It was very off-putting. The upholstered chair was soiled and worn. It made me regret the reservation. It's difficult for me to understand how an owner operator could let such a shoddy piece of furniture degrade a room.

    Was able to get Ground floor as requested

    Breakfast eggs and sausage were empty at breakfast. Had to go to front desk to get someone. The girl was ducked down applying make up When they finally came out with new food both eggs and sausage were water soaked. No one cleaned the breakfast area the counter was coated with dry waffle mixture. They should hire new staff. They all looked like derelicts

    That i didn't have to stay there.

    They wouldn't allow me to adjust my dates in time, and when I arrived they wouldn't accept cash. I had to go elsewhere to a place that likes money.

    thank you for feedback. You requested change to reservation which you have tio make it with the agency you have booked. We then get request, when we not suppose top do any change but we still allowed the change and we hold the room for you but you still put your cc on decline so not only we lost the cancellation fee for 1 day which we deserve. Also about cash, all website clearly states no cash taken at this location, its customer responsibility to check the details. As a hotel we still made accommodation on busy day to helo you., I am sorry that you were not satisfied. But you have to understand hotel point of view also and we did do the change which booking.com has confirmation of it.

    the bed was comfy. Friendly staff

    There was a empty pop can left behind The breakfast could be improved, it was ok but ive had better. The juice machine was broken, and yogurt brand is not favored. Some fresh fruit would be nice The place needed a refresh, worn carpet, dingy walls.
