We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe PM staff on 2/23 when I arrived was very professional and helpful. On the morning of 2/24 I left at around 5:30 AM and was not aware of the buzzer requirement to open the door and made a few attempts to open before I saw the information posted to the left of the door. A staff member came out from the back shortly after and presented a very nasty non-verbal demeanor toward me which I didn't appreciate

i thought it was a good value on my last stay in February. Since then they’ve got a fresh coat of white paint on the exterior and many interior hallways. They’ve also put i sone high quality carpet in the hallways that reflects what they had done in the rooms .

Location is good for me to have a close approach to Quarter Horse Museum. The room is large with a fridge and a microwave. The bedroom and the bathroom are both clean.

Lots of cold cranberry juice and OJ. Also the Texas shaped waffle makes a lovely souvenir of our road trip my wife was delighted with it.

My wife and I did not have breakfast but, I was able to get the same room (114) for us on our return trip from the East coast. That room worked out so well for us! We will be traveling again next June and I hope to reserve that room again. The staff was very friendly and they helped me out quite well.

United StatesComing from a road trip. No hot water, and no one informed us. We checked in at around Friday night at 10:30 11 pm at night in check in date and went to room. Room smells, not comfortable. Comforters smelled. No clean towels. Main issue no hot water. No one informed of us of no hot water. I even called at night about no hot water. Waited to see in morning if hot water, still no hot water. My friends room also no hot water. I booked 2 rooms total - one for my family, and one for friends family. In morning woke up, still no hot water. Went to front desk and in morning they told us u can stay longer or ask for refund thru booking or call the manager On Monday. Booking was ok to issue refund entirely but needed in writing. Since we were on road trip we left by 9 am ish. Was not able to use the facility and paid about $182. Called Monday to the manager and she called back and said can issue $11 refund for each room as she says wyndham is allowing 15% discount. Ridiculous. Still no refund to date. I followed up thru booking and still no response back. Check in date was Dec 27th/28th. The manager didn’t want to listen and was rude. She was like the first time she got informed was 5 am in morning. Paying about $200 and was not able to really enjoy the stay or even have access to hot water. Horrible! Would never recommend.
