It was alittle sketchy at times with people coming and going. Didn’t like how we had to check in at a different hotel. The beds were also not very comfortable.

It was located near just about everything we needed.

Had little pillows. Old old bed toppers. Old everything. Looked like 1982. Carpet looked unclean. I really do not mind these types of rooms. Clean sheets a shower and shitter is all I require. I am about saving money. It was $100 for the room. It was worth $50. They charge too much for such low quality.

being charged an excessive fee $75 and then $50 during my multiple day stays due to a vehicle accident I have service dogs that I kept quiet and clean and put down pads so the dogs would walk on them and eat and drink with their bowls on the pads. it was ridiculous when they knew they were service dogs

On the website it says they have breakfast and they don’t which I understand because of Covid but they should take that off their advertising. It says they have a pool but the pool is shared with a neighbor hotel at the front of that hotel so it’s a walk across a parking lot to get to it. They charged my fiancé card $40 more than total room amount online and also what they told me they were charging. I would have stayed at the Howard Johnson that looked a lot nicer and was closer to the pool if I had known they were going to over charge me.

I booked the room online and it was a very easy check in. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. room was clean. Nobody bothered us until it was time to check out and then we were given time to get our things from the room to the car without feeling rushed.

The bedding had Cigarette burns in the blanket so we didn’t use it. The bathtub and shower walls were very nasty which was an inconvenience since we were excited to take a shower after our long journey. One the lights in our room did not work nor it’s usb hookups.

The bed was comfortable and provided us a good nights sleep and the temp of the room was easily adjustable for comfort.

In the room, the door wouldn't stay locked. The ice machine only dispensed one full cup of ice and stopped. The reset button was gone. Before 9 am, the hotel staff knocked to see when I was leaving. I had just gotten up. I had been in a lot of pain when I arrived and am disabled. I was having a hard time getting up and was going to get the room another night. When I called the front desk, the lady informed me the room had been reserved and she had an upstairs non-smoking room. I asked if I could get assistance changing rooms and she said she had nobody available. I asked if the other people could be moved upstairs and she turned rude. I was given a noon check out and struggled on. I was very disappointed in the staff at this location and it's rather noisy from the highway. If I pass there again needing a room and that's the only available rooms, I will sleep in my truck.

The night staff who checked me in were very nice. I don't understand why a place of business with an open lobby doesn't have a public restroom for sick travelers especially.

The room that I was in 1145 it had mold all in the room on the chairs on the wall mold on the counters I have pictures and you can smell the mold, the people next door to me was selling weed but the people coming to buy it was knocking on my door.

Worst shower of all time. Temp would randomly change. Hot to cold and back. Chair in room falling apart. Listing said breakfast. No breakfast. Just some sad one flavor granola bars. After room was cleaned no cups

Had to go to adjacent hotel to check in. No coffee in rooms. Connecting room blasted Spanish music at 2:30 in the morning. Front desk could not do anything about, so Had to call 911 with noise complaint. Not restful at all

We asked for a non smoking room and when we arrived it smelled like smoke. The shower had burn marks from a cigarette.

The only thing I liked was they had an available room.

Dated, many layers of paint, stains and marks on walls, trash visible on walkways and stairs, pool not available, stains/marks on cloth shower curtains, bedspread and blanket were greasy- feeling, sink had material/debris on the bowl, space all around the closed door ( daylight visible), black (mold?) around area above door/transom space, strong smell of cigarette smoke in a non smoking room- yes probably from next door guest smoking outside his room and smell coming in easily in space around the door, A/C unit cords coiling out into room appeared soiled, in room with adjoining room-I did not see a secure bolt on the door, walking upstairs to a room- there was trash on the stairs and landing, cobwebs in the corners, the covered portion was dank and creepy, upper room had 2closets and an unknown door before which was a desk. I did not feel safe in this facility. I said this multiple times and the only recourse was to see a different room.

Location was proximate to the highway and to restaurants.

the shower would get stopped up, & we had dirty towels in our room also. the sink would also get stopped up, & had old food coming out of the drain.
