Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was no box of tissues. The motel is on the old Route 66. However, we found it difficult to find in the dark due to heavy traffic on the main road, but once there all was well and it was quiet.
Parking was outside our room. The bed was comfortable and it was good to have a clock for telling the time, so we could get up in time for breakfast. Breakfast, in the reception area, had a pancake machine, which people enjoyed using and made a change from waffles. Staff were pleasant.

Compared to more pricey hotels we stayed in, this was really great. Comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, big TV and lots of eateries to choose from. Also a great breakfast, with pancakes and fruit! Staff were also helpful when it came to suggestions.

All was good! Note: Be careful when you leave the parking lot (driving past the reception), there is a curb on the left side that is hard to see in the dark, so just watch out when leaving, and keep right when exiting:)

They have the sprinklers on in the grass area at 9:00 a.m. when I needed to use it for my dog. I end up walking her around the parking lot and down the sidewalk of a busy Street. Yes good that's fine yes fine
Room was spacious and comfortable. They they had a nice grass area for dogs and an indoor pool and hot tub open year-round.

The property is fairly old but the rooms were still very nice.

The pool and hot tub water seemed not very clean. We felt skin is itchy and very dry after that.

We loved the pool and hot tub and the continental breakfast! Food options were great. My kids loved the pancake maker, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs and Honeybuns. They loved that hot chocolate was available at any time of day! I appreciated the microwave and mini-fridge in the room!

Bed mattress was just not up to par and bed only had one thin blanket, furniture was worn out, floor was cold, Heater was set to cool (A/C) in the winter in Flagstaff so changing the temperature setting didn't work until we figured that out.

Wish there was just a bit more selection for breakfast (mostly carbs) but there is hard boiled eggs and yogurt so that's great!
Loved: location, cost (compared to others), spa was hot, unlimited juice/coffee. Room was clean. Its fairly small, but we weren't there much as we were there for family weekend at NAU so its perfect. 3rd time staying there!

The exterior was a bit dark and sketchy. Windows did not have screens over them, so i couldnt open my window to let in fresh area without compromising safety.

Friendly staff, good price, free breakfast. As we left early in the morning the staff prepared us breakfast before the official breakfast time. The room was big and comfortable. Free parking. Restaurants near withing walking distance.

Conveniently located in Flagstaff close to the main roads towards Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We made use of the laundry facilities. Nice coffee in the room and unlimited additional coffee available at the reception. The Indian restaurant across the road is highly recommended as well. We were kindly allowed to check in (very) early after which we could leave for Sedona for our hike.
