A few google reviews mentioned bed bugs in previous months. Our experience was fine, but it was a bit stressful to think about. The included breakfast was not good...

There wasn't much variety at breakfast, and some of the hotel's facilities, such as the pool and sauna, were not working.

The hotel is very well located, close to the city center. The rooms have functional air conditioning and are comfortable for the price.

The funky smell in the room! It was like the carpet had been vacuumed with an old vacuum! I suggest a heavy sprinkling of baking soda to get the smell out! The upholstered chair also needs vacuuming as there were crumbs or dog hair or something on the chair. Finally, the bathroom wall where the toilet paper roll is needs a good scrubbing - there were some kind of stains on it.

Bed was comfy, location was excellent - across from the river! Half a block from the hotel was the Saturday Market! Continental breakfast was pretty good, appreciated the bagels, yogurt & cereal. Fresh fruit would have been nice, but oh well!

The water should have been able to be HOT!

The cable tv kept cutting out every few minutes. I really wanted to take a bath, however the water never got hot--only tepid. The breakfast consisted of only bread/bagel, cheerios/milk, and coffee/tea.

No gym, pool was down for maintenance—neither of those was reflected in the price we paid which was VERY DISAPPOINTING. Lots of homeless out back & coming in to eat breakfast

The hotel was good. It didn't seem to be in a good area. Lots of homeless roaming in and around the hotel at all times. made me kind of nervous.

The whole place was dingy. The hallway carpets were not clean. The elevator was broken. The room had an unpleasant odor. The bathroom floor was not clean and there was mildew around the bottom of the toilet, shower and baseboards. The sink stopper was missing and there was a red smear on one of the towels. The security chain on the door was broken and the cable TV was disconnected There was also a weird mold-like substance around the window.

Called multiple times to find lost items. Always was told that they would call back. They never did. Also the room reeked of foot odor when we arrived.

The first desk chair I had didn't stay at its assigned height. It took a little extra effort--with the staff--on my part to get it replaced.

It's in a very convenient spot for downtown Corvallis. The coffee was hot. Walks along the river were splendid. I could easily rewire the TV as a second monitor.

I was disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance. Unfortunately there was construction happening and big trucks were running at 5:30 am that woke me up. I tried to change my room to opposite side of building but was told there were no available rooms.
