Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesDirty, and unsafe
I had to break into my hotel room because the door wasn't functioning properly. I did let staff know, nothing was done. The rooms smoke alarm was bagged and not working *huge fire hazard* and the bathroom had hair in the shower, that wasn't any of the occupants. Not a very relaxing peaceful stay.

United StatesThe AC in our bedroom would stop in the middle of the night and never go back on again. Too warm to sleep.

United StatesThe room had a dirty carpet smell. Our TV didn’t work. We asked for help but there was none to be had. Not even batteries for the remote. Next morning It was 9am and there was no coffee in the breakfast room. The young lady said if it’s out, it’s out.
Great location. Nice view

United StatesNo elevator and bad knees are not a good thing. Property is in need of some repairs and upgrades. The smoke detector was covered with plastic wrap as if they were prepping to paint the room. And the toilet paper holder didn’t hold the roll of toilet paper. People were hanging out in the stairwell at the south end of the building which made me uncomfortable to enter that way by myself.
Convenient to highway access and other facilities for food and gas. Room was fairly clean but a bit outdated.

United StatesIt didn’t feel very clean. The staff never spoke to you. The shower drain was already clogged with somebody else’s hair and the handle was full of rust and or black mold. The corners of the room were dusty. I never saw anyone wiping down surfaces, but I did see an old mop and bucket in the stairwell.
Location was good. I got a decent price on the room because it was mud season. You could say that I got what I paid for. It was nice that breakfast was included and my son enjoyed being able to make a waffle. The towels were soft.

United StatesWe are low maintenance and need a great location to get to eating and drinking places. The beds could be a little softer, but you don’t mind after long days on the mountain. Furthermore, it’s the closest hotel to I-70 in Silverthonre, so it very convenient getting to the slopes faster. So for us it works out perfect, but it may not be your place if you’re looking for the luxury experience.
Location, Location, Location! Staff got us a room by the stairs to make our walk to the car easier with all our gear. Always grab a muffin & coffee from the breakfast area when they open. Perfect location to get anything you need food and drink wise in Silverthorne. This was our 2nd time staying here & we will return every year for our annual ski trip.

United StatesThere’s no elevator, so was a little tough with suitcases and snowboard bags. Had to make 2 trips, but really wasn’t a big inconvenience!!!
This was the best, most bang for my buck hotel to book for a 3 day ski trip. The hotel was perfectly placed near Keystone, Vail, and Breckenridge, we hit all 3 while here. We ate 1 nice dinner in Frisco only a few min away! The hotel parking lot was super duper convenient and pretty much all the spots were right near a door. Super easy check in and check out. The room was clean, the hot water was hot and the cold water cold, shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast included a waffle maker with syrup and peanut butter, yogurts, fruit, toast, muffins, apple and orange juice. Hot coffee too!

United StatesOptions for a pull out bed for 3 people in a room. More eco friendly kitchen utensils.
It's great for a short easy stay. Shower has great pressure, room has AC/heater, I've stayed here multiple times because it's the best bang for Buck in the area. Lots of restaurant options across the road, ski fields close by, easy parking. Breakfast is ok, at least it's there. I wish they wouldn't use all the disposable kitchenware, just very wasteful.

United Statesthey charge me for $12 that I don't know why. When I checked out, I asked for the receipt, but the staff said that I ordered on the third party (hotel.com) that they can send me the receipt. So I confirmed with them that I don't need to pay more beside the price on hotel. The staff said yes. But one day later, I noticed Super 8 charge me $12 more that I don't know why.
