Desk clerk was no where to be found at check out then she came in with a halter top on looking like she just came off the street. Floor in room was so dirty that after walking g to bathroom and back my feet were black with dirty

The hotel was filthy , the bed sheets and shower were stained when asked to give us new ones the guy had a house keeper bring us new sheets but wouldn’t change the bed skirt the walls in the room and hall were filthy , paint chipping, the floors were so sticky and dirty I moved the bed to check for bugs and there was rat poop under the beds along with trash and filth it was awful half the staff actually live in the hotel there was two cars broke down in the parking lot that have been there a while it’s more like a living facility than it is a hotel

Everything else other then the bed it wasn't clean I was disappointed that I spent as much as I did for that place me and my family booked for 2 nights and after the first night we just went back home couldn't stay another night

When we first got there was given our room key we went to our room only to find the door propped open with someone staying in the room. Once our room was changed there was a used water bottle behind the night stand, dirt all over the floor, and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut.

Major paint peeling off the bathroom door. Floor not clean. One partial roll of toilet paper, had been wet and dried out. Outlet by the bathroom sink, and blow dryer, didn't work. Telephone did not even have a cord. Overpriced for condition of the property, paid less for much nicer places.

The toilet was dirty when I arrived. The door appeared to have been kicked in at one time. The stop for the handle was buried in the wall. The door jam had not been repaired, so the plastic piece had dropped down and the center of it made it impossible to slide the deadbolt in place. The rugs in the hallway and stairs were not vacuumed during the 4 days we stayed and did not appear to have been vacuumed when we arrived. The first floor back door was broken and not secure able. The handle was missing from the stairwell door on the second floor.

The staff was pleasant. The bed was quite comfortable.

The hotel is nasty. The paint is peeling off the walls, there is mold all over the ceiling. Cracked tiles everywhere.

It is within walking distance to alot of restaurants. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

The room needed to be painted badly. The pillows were horrible. One of the two beds wasn't made upon check-in. The back side of the door to the hotel room had paint peeled off it. The toilet was not level it rocked when you sat on it. The hot water took FOREVER to warm up. There were dogs barking numerous times INSIDE the hotel. Walls seemed to be paper thin, could hear noises throughout the night.

The location was great. The location provided easy access to local restaurants.

we reserved a king and was told her dog was in the room next to that room so she put us in a double that was not clean one of the bed clearly had not been changed from prevous guest the room smelled bad no carpet and the floors were not clean the hallway had a strong oder of cigarette smoke

Hallways smelled of tobacco and Marijuana. Rooms were stinky of smoke as well. Clean enough for price paid. People seem to live there, one room had a heavy tobacco and Marijuana smell pouring out of the door into hallways.

If you have a family with children, I do not recommend. There were people in and outside of the front entrance smoking Marijuana and drink beer. This seemed to be a residential motel. It smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana in the hallway to and from our room. The room was not clean: fingernail clipping in the nightstand drawer, Mirrors smudged with fingerprints, bed pillows were old and disgusting and flat. There was mildew or possibly black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable at all. And strangely, after I checked out I received fraudulent charges on my bank account.

The facility was showing extreme wear. Cracked tiles, very worn carpet. Carpet was wrinkled and could be a trip hazard if not repaired. There was no shampoo or soap supplied in the bathroom and had to go request it. The unit needs some cosmetic care.

Tabitha, our front desk person was very friendly and personable. She responded to all our needs with all of our requests. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable.

There was no breakfast, coffee only!! The bed was the worst thing we’ve ever slept on, we finally ended up both sleeping in the left side of the bed together which was only marginally better than the right, the floors were warped and uneven in both the room and the bathroom.

Room did not look like what was posted in bookings. com. Floors were clean but very worn and coming apart. Holes in wall in 2 spots (not through and through). Mirrors spotted from last customer. I cleaned it myself. Dead bugs inside on window ledge. Door to room was see thru around it. Could see hallway light coming through it. People hanging out smoking at the entrance of building. We did not go in and out a lot. Did tell guy behind counter. he told them to move to side of building.

Shower was new and towels were clean. sheets were clean. no bed bugs. Bed was ok. TV worked. Location was good. No Breakfast available

The first room AC smelt of damp so we asked to be moved to another room. We moved next door. The AC here didn't smell as bad, although the toilet door didn't shut properly. There was no microwave in the room, only a communal one in reception. I didn't think the receptionist was very professional as when I visited the reception to use the microwave to heat water, the recptionish was outside smoking and chatting with several friends.

Time to remodel. Great for truck stop. Would have gotten a cheaper rate at the property They wait to smoke detectors go off to replace battery.Being woke up from a sound sleep by a smoke detector is scary and could have been avoided with proper maintenance.
