My only complaint would probably be that the sofa bed could use some cleaning. There were some visible stains on the pull out mattress. It was some crumbs and small trash items behind it. Other than that we had a great stay!

I was pleased that the property was clean and in an excellent location. There was breakfast but I didn't get to eat. Our room was a great size and came with a sofa bed.

They said that they would waive the early check-in fee, but it was never mentioned that there was an early check-in fee when inquired about early check-in prior to arrival through the Booking.com texting with them And the rate was higher by said fee than what it was quoted on Booking.com. Also, I was disappointed that the hot tub nor pool was available. They had written it was closed for winter, but upon arrival, it was a green swamp. I was so looking forward to using the hot tub and was a factor in me picking this place. The bed would make a noise every time we got on it or off it. It sounded like someone hit metal together. It was very annoying, and we could not figure out the root of what caused it. We were in room 216. There were kids driving up and down the corridor in front of the rooms until nearly 1 a.m. which was annoying as hell. They said dogs were not allowed, but they're were several large dogs there; they were NOT service animals. Overall, it served the purpose of a place to rest our heads before we headed back home after one night.

The room was spacious. There was a nice little gazebo and gathering area in the middle of the parking lot and a BBQ pit and picnic area to the back of the property. They allowed me to check in early, which was helpful for us to get ready for a wedding we were attending [further on this below] It served the purpose of a place to sleep for a night and then head back home.

Front desk clerk wasn't the friendliest. The pancakes were horrible, tasted like the batter was spoiled. Couldn't eat it - noticed others threw theirs away too.

The floor was sticky, there were crumbs on the sofa, and the lid to a to-go cup on the floor behind the couch.

It was the least expensive, nice looking place in town, and it's a Wyndham property now. The bathroom was very clean and the bed was clean and comfortable.

The odor in the room was horrible. The place appeared clean for the brief few seconds we were in the room with the door open.

We opened the room door and immediately smelled mold so severely we couldn't breathe. We went immediately to the office and canceled our stay. We went to the La Quinta, where we stayed the previous 2 nights.
