Our family went for soccer games and the location was great for MS and HS locations. The beds were nice.

The room was just outdated but for price it was big room. No mention online of no elevator but only few stairs too

What I liked was the location. I've stayed in the area before and don't mind it. One of the staff I spoke to was pleasant, and a couple of girls who clean rooms were nice. I made sure I left a tip for tidying the room.

What I didn't like was the thermostat on the wall that controls the ac and heat. Once it reaches a temp, it stops. On a hot night, no continuous fan brings in any air, so the room is hot. Hard time sleeping. Others have spoken on the cleanliness. The place is tidy, but not that clean. Carpets need steam cleaning. My floors were dirty, but I made no mention of it. Breakfast is basic there, so I really had no interest in it. Plus, in my final night, at 10pm, with guests trying to sleep, the lobby filled with screaming kids and condoning parents who let them yell and sing and run up and down the halls. It was an absolute disgrace and I was very upset. There must have been at least 20 of them. Totally out of line for that hour of the night. Would I go back? Hard sell, apart from the rate.

free breakfast, always plenty of ice, hot showers all the time, place was clean and staff was accommodating.

No internet connection for me, someone was kind enough to give me the admin internet password and I was able to get on but connection wasn't great. Hotels need to work on their connections, it's an absolute must. Phone didn't work either in my room.

The room set up was great. My kids loved the bunk bed and the video game! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The room was filthy. Dog hair everywhere. Every surface needed wiped off. The bathroom smelled like sewage. We were on the first floor and the floor above us was so squeaky. I’ve never been in a hotel that had such loud creaky floors like this. It was hard to go to sleep until the people in the room above us stopped walking around.

Cleanliness and comfort. Has an indoor pool and fitness center. There is breakfast in the mornings and a restaurant right next to the property.

The internet cut out at times and you had to keep logging in.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The staff answered our questions about the area during our visit.

The staff went above and beyond and are very friendly and helpful.
