When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Burned my hand at the breakfast bar, no warning sign about steam. Never had steam rush out like that before. It was okay for the price you paid.

On the site it said there was a pool. There wasn't. The only reason I switched hotels and paid more is because there page on booking.com said there was a pool. We were disappointed.

Bathroom toilet seat was broken on one side. One person was not able to use shower because there were no adequate grab bars or non-slip mat in bathtub.

At site instructions on how to operate the coffee dispenser. I couldn't get any decaf out of the machine. I remember there being a clock/radio/alarm in the other Super 8's I've stayed in.
Didn't try the breakfast. Location was easy to find. The most comfortable bed I've had in a motel.

And he until I went outside to I was about to call and cancel then he told me when I came back in I was right and ask me not to cancel
They tried to get me to pay more when I did everything on line and I explained this to the host

No microwave or coffee maker in the room. The fridge was unplugged when I got there so the food I had to reheat I ended up having to throw out. The floor was insanely slippery by the tub because the large tile on the steps. The AC leaked a ton as well. So towels I had for the tub went on the floor for the leaky Air conditioner.
The room was huge! And the jacuzzi tub was clean.

The heating and air conditioning is motion activated and turns off once you leave the room. After the game our room was freezing and took over a hour to heat back up. The fan on the unit also doesn’t work. The breakfast was okay but a little more variety would be nice.
The location is great. Only a few miles from Stadium and the metro picks you up right outside to take you there for free.

Fridge needed an outlet, not an extension cord. No microwave in room. Desk chair missing armrests,

The woman who cleaned our room was not friendly at all. Couldn't speak English, didn't know how to smile and was hovering outside our door more or less telling us to leave so she could clean. (Room #111)

The shower squealed when using it, but the water was hot. Bathroom was tiny, but adequate. Bed was clearly used but wasn't uncomfortable. Not fancy but just fine
Location was great. Public transportation to Lambeau was easy. We didn't partake in the breakfast, as we chose to sleep late after a late night game. Room was clean, bed was decent, staff was friendly. Good for a quick 1 night stay.

Breakfast time change for weekend. The food choices did not change daily. Except peanut butter added on Saturday.

I received a phone call on 9/9 at 6:30 am from the front desk and was told to come immediately and bring my credit card. I said it's 6:30 can this wait? The answer was no, I needed to come immediately. When I got there I was told my credit card was mistakenly credited with ~$396. I said, if you looked at my reservation, I paid in full, upon my arrival on 9/1 to 9/15. Why did I need to manage your mistake at 6:30 in the morning, when I was booked through 9/15? He told me he was told to get a hold of me and straighten this out immediately. Well, it took to the morning of my departure to almost and I stress almost correct this. I had unauthorized charges on my card, which did not sit well with me. As of today 9/18, I still have a $62.82 pending credit for Super 8's overcharge on my credit card. Feel free to call me at 920-639-7458 if you want anything clarified.
The breakfast and housekeeping did a great job. The front desk people were friendly. Mgr was helpful with Super 8's mess up with my credit card. I'll follow up with that below.
