United StatesNo elevator for 2nd floor; carpet looked dirty, no chair in room, only place to sit was on bed; breakfast at 730 AM, there was one muffin and one donut. whatever the bed sits on, or the base, is noisy when you sit on it.
It was a bed to sleep in and everything worked, shower, tv AC, fridge Friendly and accommodating when called about changing rooms due to health reasons (room was upstairs and at far end of hall. I am unable to walk that far)

United StatesBooking .co. doubled book us for 2 different rooms. The motel clerk was lying to us on a few occasions as his story changed throughout the coversation. He refused to provide managers contact info, his name and his storis changed.He promised management would contact us but it never happened. Fortunately he tried to contact booking.com to resolve the situation but Booking,com was not helpful either. We needed to go to our crefit card co to remove the charges. This all started at the website. Aa i wad confirming reservation , it went another page regarding flights and car rental. It would not return to hotel resevations and it never confirmed reservation. Therefore i called the hotel yo see if it had been processed on their enf. It had not, therefor i booked again for the 2 queens. When i arrived 5o the hotel ot was recorded that 2 bookings had been submitted (1 for a king, 1 gor a queen) when i checked my rmail, both booking did finally show up.

United StatesBooking.com quoted the price as $80.10. I was charged $100.13. Clerk asked for my credit card for incidentals, we entered room, cleaned up, slept the night and then left. I am NOT aware of any incidentals. Please be advised I am very dissatisfied with this additional charge, please explain. If this establishment is charging for non-existent incidentals for illegal revenue, Booking.com should definitely investigate and NOT promote this establishment.

United StatesThere was only 2 pillows in the room and they were small and flat. Asked for a couple more, apparently the hotel only has enough for each room to have 2. The hall carpet was filthy! The outside had trash all over.
The location was fine. Can't really expect much for $70.

Just started off I was charged more than what booking.com said the bedspread had nasty spots on it when I address this with the manager on duty he handed me one cheesy blanket to try and compensate knowing there was two people in the room no hot water no toilet paper the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on I seriously suggest you take this off your website because it is a horrible place to stay

United StatesThe breakfast was nothing and the night auditor wouldn't change my reservation cuz I made it at 1am to check in at 2am. He told me to wait till 3pm and I was pissed. Plus I couldn't get a hold of booking.com to help me with this oversight and I'm a Night Auditor at my place hotel.

United StatesCheck in guy was great. Came out with smile and was very pleasant. Thee rooms didn’t have a fridge. Only two towels in the bathroom. Door key didn’t work first or second time. Check out was at 11. At 930 room service started knocking/trying to come in our room. Tried to get in twice. Limited pillows. Tv didn’t work and when it was it was 1970’s antenna fuzzy.
The location was good. Easy interstate access. Big shopping center next door and a gas station.

United StatesThe first room smelled like heavy smoke in a non-smoking hotel. The A/C was visibly dirty. The second room we were moved to was not a whole lot better as far as the smell.
Staff tried hard to work with our needs and accommodate us. The location was easy to find.
