Air conditioner was so full of dust it sent my allergies into a sneezing fit for 1/2 hour. My husband washed the filter so I could breathe. It hadn’t even been dusted on the front! There was mold and rust on the bathroom ceiling, and the paint had not been done after changing the bathroom toilet.

The vanity light had a lightbulb going out, the bathtub had grime gunked around the rim under the lip, and it was $172 for ONE NIGHT in this crummy hotel.

Of course it's outdated and slightly dingy. Some of the light bulbs were flickering. It took me a bit to get the shower on. But thanks again to the amazing front desk staff. She fixed it right up for me. The carpet is not good either. You don't really want to put your feet on it.

The room was clean. The staff that check-in was exceptional. I had a chance to meet the owner and I told him he better do everything he can to hang on to her.

The heater fan would run all the time and this helped drown out foot steps and door closing noise

Facilities so old & run down. Rugs wore out & stained. Couldn’t be cleaned anymore just wore out.

Breakfast was limited…sausage & gravy served, but no eggs or biscuits. The side door our room was closest to didn’t allow key access (appeared to have been broken for quite some time), and front desk clerk FAILED to tell us this. Unloaded all of our things from our vehicle, got to the door, then had to go all the way back thru the front entrance. She could’ve mentioned that upon check-in, as we were already exhausted from traveling all day!

The hallway carpets were a little aged and not the cleanest in the state. Would have appreciated more coffee in the coffee - a little bland. 'Twas about 6 miles from my meeting site with no really handy Espresso shop.

The breakfast was decent. The room was lovely, Really accessible wifi, much appreciated. Lovely women at the front desk and kitchen.

There was mold on the bathtub

The staff were very helpful and kind. Angel (Manager) helped me print of some important documents to help get my son home to Canada. Very thankful for her.

The neighbours had dogs, which they left unattended. One dog whined, yipped and barked for an hour or so the first night we arrived. Could not get hot water from sink tap and bath tap required the muscles of Superman to use it. Dogs barked and whined overnight and owners did not do anything about them.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They recommended places to eat and see. Liked the laundry facilities on site Loved the location

Wall outlets were loose things would not stay plugged in... Just spent the $2 at Wal-Mart for a new electrical outlets and 5 minutes of your time... Would lower the frustration and stress levels dramatically and not to mention the possibility of guests equipment damage and fire hazards... Good Day ... Big Al the Engineer
