Air conditioner turn off and on during sleep time. Bathroom felt a little narrow but not a big issue.

We love the cleanliness and the location of the hotel. It is convenient and perfect for what we needed for a trip to Hershey Park.The complimentary breakfast was a bonus!

I wish they had a pool. I have kids, so a pool would have made the hotel perfect. I did not like being rushed out on our last day. At 11:00am I received a call to the room asking if we were staying longer or checking out. Then we received a knock at the door 5 minutes later. We were completely out of the room by 11:10am. As I was pulling my bag out the lady coming in to clean. I felt rushed.

My daughters had a dance competition in Hershey so we stayed for a week at the hotel. It was super clean, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. We ate breakfast every morning. I would consider it a full breakfast because they had continental breakfast options as well as scrambled eggs, sausage and a make your own waffle station. The location was perfect. The competition was at Hershey Lodge which was 5 minutes away. There were numerous restaurants and activities within walking distance. It was a 10 minute drive to other places to eat and shop. There was a super Walmart about 15 - 20 minutes away. Hershey Park was about 20 minutes away. The only thing they needed was a pool and it would have been literally PERFECT! I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast should go to 10am; we didn’t realize it ended at 9:30 and we just made it but the staff took away the food even though we were standing there

If I have to pick something, I wish they have a kettle in the room, but I also didn't ask the front desk.

Quite impressed with my stay. Location was excellent, short drive from main street/park. There's also a CVS right next to the hotel. Hotel has plenty of free parking (some in open space, some are covered with direct access to hotel). Staff was friendly & got me checked in right away. I checked in pretty late at around 8:30pm, and there was no issue. Room: The room was bigger than I thought. Plenty of space and not cramped AT ALL. There were plenty of closet spaces to hang your clothes, a large bench to place your items, TV, a small desk to do your work in (which I end up using to study). A fridge is available, and they even have a microwave in the room! Heating/cooling is adjustable to your liking. Plenty of lamps and lighting in the room for your liking to turn on/off. The bed was wonderful with soft duvet. 3 pillows each bed and it was not too soft (I have issues sleeping with pillows that are too soft/flat). Slept well! No noise/sound from outside. Bathroom: Very clean with bright lighting. The bathtub was solid (not like the ones you can feel/hear is hollow under your feet when you step into them), and plenty of space in the bathtub for me. The caulk between the bathtub & wall were all still white, not yellow/moldy. Water pressure was amazing!! and got hot pretty fast when I turn it on. Overall, very impressed and happy with my stay! More than I expected. Would definitely come back if I am in town.

Would've liked a small area to purchase items; toiletries, beverages and foods. They had vending machines. I arrived late in the evening and would've liked other options to eat.

Bed was hard, and a little lumpy. There was an odd odor in the hallways. The toilet flushing mechanism was odd. Their vending machine was not well stocked.

Staff was super friendly! Hotel wasn't busy at all. Room was clean. It was nice and warm and the heating/cooling system worked well. The tv was nice. The hotel was easy to find and parking was easy. It's located in a super convenient location near many attractions, places to eat, and shopping centers. Check-in and check-out process was super easy. The pillows were super soft. A mini fridge and microwave in the room.

The ice and slush in the parking lot could have been cleaned better.

Breakfast was adequate, location was ideal for my purposes, and the facility was clean.

I don't really think I would change anything.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was also well lit which is important to me. It was quiet and close to the ice and vending area too. I did not have breakfast so I can't speak to that.

The heat in our room was clearly broken, it only was super hot or cold. We did mention it to the desk, but nothing was done.

The beds were not cushy which I did’t mind but my adult granddaughter would have preferred a softer mattress. It’s a minor thing.

Friendly staff, location, ease of check in, cleanliness, comfort, price. The price was very affordable. We enjoyed our stay.

The continental breakfast was minimal but still ok.

The hotel was clean with no problems. It’s central to downtown and Hershey Park. This is our second time staying there.
