Rooms were clean and modern.

Breakfast was fine. Hot option available. Not a big Breakfast eater so it was fine for us. The bed and pillows were the best!

Breakfast was great! Kids loved the birthcake waffles.

Ice machine was broken on main level but staff was always able to get us ice if needed.

Very uncomfortable with the cleanliness. Staff smoking at each entrance certainly not the welcome we expected upon returning to the hotel each night. Holes in the room door were filled with toilet paper- scary.

Proximity to town

No coffee for breakfast and refusal from staff to make more for us, shower wouldn’t drain, room smelled so strongly of bleach when we got there we had to open a window to air it out, poorly marked pole that had obvious signs of people backing up and hitting it caused us to also back into it causing damage to our vehicle

I liked the floors because having vinyl is easier to clean, the staff was nice.

Let start with the beds clearly weren't cleaned.... there was not only stains but pulled back sheets there was someone's hair under the pillow, and a hard piece of shredded cheese. We had no shampoo had to ask and the comment that was made by the staff was about another staff saying I told her to replace the bottles.... again didn't sound like it was clean. The shower head was nasty and made it hard for water to come out, as well asade a loud high pitch noise the whole time. We both got very little sleep as the pillows were flat as can be l, i still have a stiff neck and we ended up sharing the cleaner bed. Was looking forward to breakfast which is why we chose the location, went down to disappointment NOTHING HOT UNLESS we wanted to make instant oatmeal. Went to eat the cereal it was stale, was going to have the hard boiled eggs but they were chilled and looked old, so my business partner and I ended up eating toast with butter.....we feel that the reason they said there couldnt be anything hot was because there wasn't a lot of people staying which is lazy. For paying as much as we did I shouldve gotten some money back.

The jacuzzi jets don’t work!

Room was clean, spacious and updated. Breakfast area small but had waffles which my children loved:

No elevator. Normally not a problem for us but I had sustained an injury the day before so stairs were quite difficult.

It doesn't matter to us but there is no elevator

It was very quiet so I was able to sleep really well.

The bathroom. The toilet wasn't flushed when we arrived. Tub didn't drain fast, so while you showered, it would fill up and get really slick, so you had to be very careful so you wouldn't slip and fall. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom from the tub filling up. It was obvious that they don't clean the shower curtains very often.
