To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of America-My kid located a baby roach on the ceiling. - The AC blew cold, but we kept making it cooler as it felt like the air didn't stay cold.

Good and safe location with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and only a short drive from the IMS speedway which was the main reason for our visit. The room itself was kept clean and the staff were very friendly.

United States of AmericaThe handicapped parking spots were not directly adjacent to the building, but they were still rebuilding the entrance walkway, so I hope they consider moving the spots closer.
The renovations were nice. The rooms were comfortable, the TV was very large, the fridge was cold, the microwave was ok, bathroom in the handicapped accessible room was good, and there was breakfast. There was cereal, eggs, a pancake maker, and when they ran out of milk or bagels, the man was at the desk to get more from the back. The lot leads directly to the Lowe’s and WalMart lots.
