Shower head..

It was a very nice and comfortable stay. However they could get a new shower head out in each room. Otherwise it's a nice place to get away. The location of the Motel is close to everything you need.

The rooms are terrible, & the TV didn't work, & the Air conditioner didn't work well. The air conditioners there NEVER WORK. The rooms all are terrible, the whole place needs to be torn down, & their we're roaches, & we found drug parafanelia in our room, & past guest left their dirty clothes their, & their was people's hair all in the rags, & towels, THE WHOLE PLACE IS JUST TERRIBLY DISGUSTING 🤢

The fact that they offer breakfast when they don't, they should just keep the softball muffins, most people don't like others touching their food

There is no breakfast! absolutely nothing.... THEY ha Grab A HARD MUFFIN OVER THE COUNTER out of a box not FRESH and give it to u, machines with juice r available SURPRISED

The staff from the front desk workers to the host keeping was great. House keeping came by everyday and made sure our room was clean and we had fresh towels.

The entrance door had marks of dirty hands and marks of so many repairs. The tinted windows were degraded. The bathroom door and inside looked like is lacking lots of maintenance. Overall needs loads of maintenance . Otherwise the prices need to drop at least 20-30% for this type of stay.

The A/C sounded like a lawn mower. The sun was beating on the front door. Very hot during the day. You could feel the heat coming out of the attic.

They owned me my money $25 cash for deposit They hiding inside I'm working hard for my money . I need my money back. I choose a room with a sofa They give me something else .

1. The Key Card was disabled on the second day--despite the fact that we were booked for 5 days. 2. Internet (Wi-Fi) was was not available for some inconvenient amount of time.

Breakfast was nothing to speak of.a muffin and granola bar which you had to ask for.office ambience was lacking.since this motel is part of the wynd ham group you would think itd be better.too many folks hanging out and loud.there were lights at every door but it seemed too dark.rooms were worn and really need do overs.only 1 chair to each room if there were 2 in a room where does second person sit?as in my case my company sat on bed.bed was ok high for someone short as myself and all bed pillows were squishy lumps!for a last minute cheap stay guess it was ok.carpet was well worn.the only good thing which was surprising was I only had 1bug as a visitor.I also at time of booking received a hello message from motel and I had couple questions that were never answered by the time I had to start my trip so I never garnered info.i actually needed.

Need serious upgrades. Refrigerator door bent and never cooled. Lobby chairs cover peeling. Windows looked bad with sun reflection cover. Sign said under construction but saw no workman or construction materials. Needs serious upgrades to lobby, outside, and attention to rooms.
