I haven’t received my deposit back. The walls are thin. It smelled like urine. Carpet was super itchy. That’s it. Give me back my deposit please

It was close to everything I needed to be close to. The beds were comfortable. Tv had good selection. I don’t have much else to say. I’d like my deposit back please

Bathroom had signs that it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Toiletries that were offered were empty. Bed was too stiff.

The TV in my room wasn't broken, not connected to anything and had a huge black line across it. Walls and baseboards could use a cleaning.

Having the fridge, microwave, and ac available for use at my leisure was nice.

Room smelled musty, no trash can, no soap, fixtures in terrible shape, included breakfast an absolute bust, electrical spliced as though a 3rd grader does the maintenance(fire hazard).

Many things in the room were left incomplete getting fixed and I had to use a towel to cover the pillow since it didn't have a pillowcase. It has a nice outside look but dated inside.

The customer service was Awesome 👌🏼 the young lady was very helpful.

There was only one lamp in the room which was very dark. There was music playing all night. I never was able to figure out where it was coming from, but it may have been coming from the "dining room" which I realized in the morning was next to my room. There were people hanging around outside. Also, it appeared that some holes in the wall had been patched, but never painted.

I only had a choice of yogurt and coffee. I believe there was fruit available and toast/waffles, but I could not have them due to my diabetes. I thought there would be eggs and ham/bacon. It was okay.

No night stands on the side of all 3 beds. No power outlets on all 3 sides of the bed. Room was hot. Had to run the AC before we could sleep. (Arrived at 9 30 pm) All different sort of towels with black stains on them Only one light for the whole room .

since you're near the Freeway, I assume we're not the only ones traveling with trailers, your Parking for us was far and not very adequate.

Breakfast was okay, yet missing some key elements, like flavor creamer, can't remember clearly but had to ask for a couple of things that the staff was fast to provide. Bed was not leveled, I had my feet up for some reason

The floor was filthy. My kids walked around barefoot and it was like they were walking on charcoal. Feet were ridiculously black. The sheets had stained and blankets didn’t smell clean.

The location was great. I felt I was in a safe area. The beds were comfortable. We have a fridge and microwave.

it looked as though the double beds were taken out and a king bed replaced, however the light on the wall overhung the bed. guys hanging aobut in the back- didnt feel safe to leave vehicle

Dirty. Old. Terrible breakfast. Very outdated needs cleaned up and renovation. Faulty plumbing. Television did not work. Sorry. Should of got pictures. We stayed there but one of those stays when you walk in that you almost want to walk out and look elsewhere. Very disappointed usually have good luck with the Super 8 and Wyndham brand

3rd floor no elevator, very ugly decor from the 70’s. The bed had a huge sink hole in the middle, very uncomfortable. The included breakfast was not available

The room we were given was really gross. I had to lay towels on the floor so my feet wouldn't stick to it. There was what looked like snot and other stuff on the walls in the bathroom and smudges on the walls in the room. The refrigerator and microwave did not work. The AC was so loud that I didn't even get to sleep. Someone has taped over the smoke alarm. The chair was covered in stains, and the whole place smelled of cigarettes even though we were in a non-smoking room.

The staff was friendly, and the location was good.
