There is no elevator at this location . I paid for early check in was given a room when I got to the room it wasn’t clean or ready yet. It says on there website there is breakfast available when asked about it I was told they quit serving breakfast since Covid. I booked the room for 2 days and they don’t clean or replace anything after the 1st day so it was not a very pleasant stay.

The bathroom needs some minor repairs. Rug felt like there were lumps under it - but was clean! Unfortunately, the noise in the hallway was ridiculous! Kids running and screaming until after 11:00 on a Sunday night when most people are getting up and leaving early on Monday. How the night staff didn't hear it is beyond me as the desk is right near the hallway.

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. We really liked the location. The Sonny BBQ next door has amazing food at a great price. Being right off of 75 was a huge bonus for us.

The entire hotel smelled like smoke. Even our “smoke free” room. The website when booking says breakfast is included, after we already checked in we found out they no longer do breakfast. Wish that was made known before checking in as we’d went elsewhere.

No breakfast at the facility or coffee in the room. Juice machine offered, but not working. The room was crowded for a handicapped person in a wheelchair and difficult to get around in it. Too much furniture-some unnecessary. Very dated furniture.

The front desk staff was very helpful when asked to help get the TV working.

Security actually does their jobs and handles unruly visitors. They reserve the rooms people pay for instead of just renting them out. Too many things need looked into.

I reserved a handicap room a month prior to my stay, they called me 20 mins before my arrival to tell me they rented them all out already. I had already driven almost two hours on VALENTINES weekend, nowhere else had availability at this point. The lady at the front desk showed poor customer service skills. The people in the room above us were fighting and stomping until 3/4am every night during our stay to which I reported it to the office and nothing was done about it. We barely got any sleep and this was our first night away without the kids in a very long time. So we didn’t appreciate not being able to relax the entire time. The website states they have breakfast but when we arrived they said they don’t offer it (even tho they have the stuff set up for a breakfast bar and coffee). As someone who travels often to this area and works with majority of the venues locally, I will be making it known this is not the place to stay.

I didn’t like that the breakfast was very blend and not a lot of options to choose from.i also didn’t like that it was noisy from other guests staying but other than that it was okay for price.

I liked that the property is right off the interstate and close to Hamburg.it had a lot of restaurants nearby.i had a small issue after staying my first night and the manager I believe it was switched my rooms with no problem and it was a newly looking renovated room.
