When they advertise breakfast have breakfast, they only had a small cinnamon roll and a plastic package, hot chocolate, and coffee and that’s what they call breakfast

I'm handicapped. They gave me a ground floor but it was way around the back of the facility. I think I would have rather been on the second floor if we were closer to the front of the hotel.

The floor was a little dirty. As soon as you would walk into the room there was a funny smell but once inside you didn't smell it.

I didn't have the breakfast but there wasn't much selection when my mother went to check it out.

It's an older motel but it is clean and comfortable. The shower is good and it's accessible to all of Longview.

Our microwave in our room had spilled gunk on the tray and all over inside the microwave. There is a plastic bag covering some type of equipment near ceiling. Room had an Oder. Cigarette butt on the AC unit. Maid service picked up our towels, never came back to replace them. Had to go to front desk.

The hotel is older but definitely worth the value. Nothing bad to say about the property.

There was a languge barrier, coupled with my hearing, making it hard to understand what was being said. It was probably difficult for the staff also.

It’s right off the main road so it’s really loud at night. Wouldn’t recommend just for that reason. Would be up till after 2am hearing cars, alarms, etc.

Read above and the fact that smoking rooms get the oldest of things like sheets pillows blankets etc and non smoking rooms get the better stuff. Kind of understand because of the careless and accidental burns, "spills" etc but if non-smoking rooms are better quality, the smoking rooms should be less expensive of they can't be same quality

The staff was very helpful and friendly checking in. I had to leave early and was running late, and I forgot my cash deposit. I had meetings all day and was very tired and when I got back to get my deposit and was told I had to talk to manager. We'll see in the morning

Their breakfast is not a breakfast. It was pakets of instant oatmeal to throw in the microwave and a prewrapped honeybun with coffee and orange juice as selections. It is misleading to call that an available breakfast. The hwy was very loud, and people kept walking by room after midnight being loud.

My y room was cleN. Drapes and love seat nice. BUTit was a non smoking room that I requested and the bedspread was full of ash holes and had many repaired spots...needs trashing

Breakfast was a joke (no real options). The electricity went out at 5 AM for about 10 minutes. The coffee maker in the room was a joke too, and only one plug worked.

I like the updates, looks newer and modern.

I don't like that the AC's seem old and outdated. It looked like the bed had a mattress topper that may or may not be changed out... seems a bit nasty so I didn't investigate.

I have never tried it. It doesn't look apealing. at all.
