Front desk and customer service congeniality.

Knew of no dining room on the premises. Parking lot seemed so sort of exposed. I wasn't sure about any security cameras. Room was short of toilet tissue.

The person at the front desk made the asked the person to leave a day early because of her prescription of medical cannabis that she went outside to do in her car. We are requesting a refund for that one day. There was no breakfast as stated and the staff member was sleeping at the front desk and not responding to the guest.

Hotel was filthy bath towel was dirty and folded and put back to use, breakfast was not worth going downstairs for

Filthy everywhere we looked. From the towels so dingy they are gray to the rotting shower curtain, and hairs on the sheets, hallway carpet looking like it has never been cleaned ever., This was maybe the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Thought “Wyndham“ would’ve indicated a betterproperty.

Everything. It is a "Non-Smoking facility that reeked of cigarette smoke. The lobby and hallway were dingy and the carpet was worn and filthy. Our room and bathroom were worn and dirty. And it stunk of cigarettes. No hangers. No luggage stands and a scary, dirty fridge. When we went to the front desk and asked for a different room the front desk said they were full and shrugged off that the report that it was unclean. His response: "we are going to remodel soon". We were in town for a concert a didn't have time to look for another place. Someone should call the health department. A negative 5 stars!

Wyndham should be ashamed to have this “flop house” even offered on their site. I took pictures of our room!!! Unbelievable!!! If we would have not paid the fee and arriving so late we would have gone elsewhere!!! GROSS!!! We feared infestation also! Cigarettes were being used somewhere as the place wrecked! We slept with our shoes on as we felt that we would have stuck to the floor if we went barefoot! This place was rated fair!!!! Really?

Nothing about this property was appealing at all. There was no free breakfast as advertised. The bedspread was wrinkled, the sheets were put on backwards, just two pillows for one bed!? no ice bucket or coffee maker in the room. The outlets are a MAJOR fire hazard not to mention the power strip behind the TV, so many things are wrong with this hotel! I had booked a king room, and was put in a room that had a queen bed! The lamps in the room hardly worked at all! A terrible hotel will not stay at this super 8 ever again! I have stayed in way nicer super 8 hotels this is very run down

It was cheap and I was tired of driving

The room had garbage under the bed there was no breakfast in the morning the juice machine was broken

The bed was hard, not comfortable. No breakfast like it was supposed to and the room was dirty. The heat and AC wouldn’t shut off. There was no Directory in the room or phone. Front desk service sucked wasn’t at the desk when I tried checking in. I had to wait. only had two pillows no fitted sheet on the bed. The fridge didn’t work and no screen on the window. Will not be staying at that hotel again.

Everything , this is not a hotel , the whole facility feels like it’s just someone’s home . Smells like cigs and body odor , I slept in all of my clothes because the hotel was so nasty

Staff was willing to change bedding that appeared to have been slept in heating system worked staff reset the TV to get more than one channel

The location was easy to access.

This hotel was filthy and in disrepair. It smelled like smoke. This may be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

Mold in bathroom and dirt and hair on the floor. Bed not comfortable. HVAC unit controls broken.

waited 15 minutes for desk clerk, different room than requested, moldy dirty refrigerator, difficult operating shower water supply, morning coffee was room temperature, and no morning breakfast

The room was warm. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't

No towels were in the room. The hallway was filthy. The carpet was torn up in places. Had to call to get a front desk attendant. Had to call again request towels. They had discontinued the continental breakfast 4 years ago. Only coffee was available. The juice machine was out of order.

Run down, GPS couldn't find, a table in room no chairs, no breakfast, vending machines to expensive. Shouldn't be on anyone's list. Wyndham should remove or do some major updating.
