Our recently painted room still had a lingering smoke smell. The bed was uncomfortable and bedding was thin.

Loved that it had an elevator to our third floor room. It appeared that the motel had recently upgraded its breakfast room with new countertops. However, the tables and chairs were still chipped and worn. Plenty of breakfast choices including biscuits and sausage gravy, pancakes, egg patties, mini muffins, cereal and yogurt, coffee and juices.

Fan in bathroom is crazy loud, there were a couple of stains on the sheets. Breakfast food was not very good, and if you want to be able to eat it, don't look at the sink in the Breakfast area. The coffee was also nasty.

Great location for parking with a truck and trailer. Close to restaurants and easy to get to. Bed was comfortable. Overall, the room was pretty clean and a good value for the price.

I was upset that somebody was smoking in the hall where our rooms were and all the rooms were non-smoking. I'm allergic to cig smoke so I had to cover my face and run to my room before my throat swelled up.

The beds were comfortable and you don't hear much traffic.

The breakfast was down sized from about a year ago.. They used to have sausage included. Also yogurt and fruit cup were eliminated.

Breakfast area seemed like it could use some regular tidying as the morning progressed. Hot food was not always promptly replenished. Difficult to see the sign from the main highway...especially as I arrived after dark. Need a sign closer to Business 18. My biggest complaint would be the pool - as it was ICE COLD - colder than the lap pool I swim in at the YMCA! I used it because I needed the exercise, but it was quite uncomfortable. Also concerned about the maintenance of the pool area, as a hose was laying across the floor, which easily could have been a tripping hazard - but even more concerning was that one of the rungs on one of the ladders at the deeper end of the pool was broken - hanging from one end of its connection.

My family has stayed here for many years. This year was a disappointment. The lady who checked us in was rude, they didn't clean our room the entire time we were there, there was no gravy for the biscuits for breakfast because the can opener was broken (for several days?), the elevator was broken, there were loose tiles in the bathroom and someone had written in the dust on our wall. We hear they are remodeling so hopefully this is a one off and next year will be back to the normal quality of this hotel.

My husband and I are both disabled so climbing 3 flights of steps is ridiculous with all our bags plus our chaos our dog was too much and the pool was out of service so no elevators and no pool. All the amenities that come with high prices and we were not informed that the pool or elevator was out until after we pd and got the room.

The staff was exceptional was able to have my service animal and no complaints with them even while they are still training every day the staff respected that while the vests were on not to approach or try to talk to or pet the animal...very great staff

Smell of pot in the lobby and hallways (Couldn't smell it in the room was a plus). The bathroom light buzzed like an electric razor when it was turned on. Tub dripped constantly.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly (we arrived late). Easy to get to. Breakfast was better than i expected from a small town.

While the room had everything that was advertised, it was all put into a too small room so there was very little room to even walk between the bed and the dresser. No room really to put our luggage; we put one suitcase on the dresser and one on the desk! And the coat hanger was right over the desk so you couldn't really utilize it.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. There was a computer problem when we arrived but the lady at the front desk gave us our room without a long wait and just asked us to return later to fill out the paperwork; so welcome after a long drive!! Very nice breakfast provided; first time we ever saw a pancake machine! Room was nice and clean; comfortable bed. Several restaurants nearby, one you could walk to.

The price changing everyday depending on the day. The pool wasn't open should either put notice on sign outside or lower the price....

I liked that there was a washer and dryer for use.
