The noise from the pool was more of a nuisance than expected. The hallway was also very hot and muggy due to the pool's central location. We never did figure out the WiFi but, we were only there overnight so that wasn't an issue.

The room was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the automatic pancake maker at breakfast! That was a unique experience. I also enjoyed the fruit cups available as well as fresh fruit. The staff was amazing and helpful.

Only the issue with the window, mentioned above.

The staff were wonderful, pleasant, and helpful. Especially great were 2 rooms near the back door, which we did not request but were perfect for our 2 85+ seniors and me (73). First night - I discovered the window was not completely closed, even though it was latched. Cold air was pouring in. I went to the desk and explained the issue. It was 5PM and one of the maintenance men stayed late to fix the problem. I went on to dinner, and when I came back I saw that he had added a foam tube along the ledge and up the side where the problem was. I was most grateful! Breakfast was delicious; and we 3 seniors enjoyed our stay.

I want to personally THANK Bekki in the dining area. Im having gallbladder issues that started after i registered for my conference. The menu was broasted chicken and i didn't really expect to have special made food but she made sure i had plain grilled chicken instead so that i could actually eat lunch. Please please let her know how verrryy appreciated her gesture was and I'm so pleased she's employed by you.

Room was kind of on the small side. The bathroom especially was very small.

Toilet paper and bedspread/blanket were a bit chintzy.

This room was exactly what I hope for when I stay at a hotel: smart-sized, clean and well-maintained, and all the peripherals, including fridge, microwave, iron, and hair dryer. Most everything was in tip-top shape - no stains, no rust, no broken fixtures or trim. On top of that, the room was super quiet. We also traveled with a small dog, and the hotel was very accommodating. Their pet yard was kept very clean, and included a poop station with bags.

An elevator would have made it much easier for some in our traveling party

The breakfast was fine. Nice selection. The staff was very accomodating. We had some issues with our room when we arrived - one bedspread was visibly dirty. It was changed upon request. 3 of our own party and at least 4 other people attested to our suite smelling like weed. My daughter and I could not smell it so we stayed in the room. Again, the staff was very accomodating by moving the rest of our party to another room.

The beds need updated severally. Very uncomfortable. Felt like you were sleeping on the floor.

The room was very clean, love how the pool was right outside the room doors. Never seen that before.

The bathroom area was cramped. The sink had a very small area with very little space to store even a toothbrush, and it had had gaps on either side through which items would fail. We used towels to prevent this from happening. It's slightly irritating, to say the least, but it won't stop us from staying there again, we'll just ask for a different style room which does not have this issue.

The room was clean and comfortable. The member of staff I dealt with was very friendly efficient and very competent. We would have no problem staying at this hotel again.

Fruits at breakfast were not really fresh..were in small plastic containers and tasted like they came came out of a can with lots of sugary syrup..room stayed warm despite turning thermostat down to 60 and even after turning unit off. (it was in the 40s outside)..had to turn the air conditioner on to cool the room..louder noise in our bathroom when someone in room below used their shower...problems with room/entry "Keys"..had to have them replaced severeral times in a 4 night stay...also could not get in room at all on one occasion and the manager had to replace the batteries on the lock ..we spent about 1/2 an hour trying differerent cards and then while she changed the battery..no offer of compensation for our trouble..it was 9:30 p.m.

The ONLY negative was the quality of toilet paper.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, neat and comfortable. Perfect location from Fonner Park. I did not eat at the hotel as I had my dogs with me for the Australian shepherd nationals and I didn't ever leave them alone in the room.
