I had made a reservation but when we arrived the clerk said she had no reservation for me, but gave us a room. Next morning I checked my laptop and found two reservation confirmations. It wasn't a big deal. We had a room for the night, but we stayed somewhere else the rest of the trip.

Breakfast sucked. I was expecting the usual eggs, cereal, sausage, juice, etc. I couldn't find the breakfast area so asked where it was. Desk clerk pointed to 2 coffee pots, some muffins on the table and oatmeal but no milk. I took all the muffins, made some hot chocolate and went back to my room

How the cleaning lady treats you like shit not all of them just this one mean one. They should give her a raise for being such a rush rush you out of the room lady even if your a partial paraplegic

To describe a granola bar as breakfast is a bit of a stretch. We've stayed at other Super 8's that had prepackaged danishes and yogurt for the same prices room. The constant smell of cigarette smoke and weed in the hallways was annoying. At least you couldn't smell it in the room

Our first night was in a king standard, and to start with the toilet was plugged my husband, had to find a plunger to get the toilet, plunged and moving the floors were dirty. They were not swept. The bathroom was atrocious. It wasn’t clean to a standard that I would think super eight would keep it. We were a little bit disappointed the second night we were moved to a suite which was a little bit more comfortable and a little better but again it did not meet my expectations of a super eight.

Handicap room a long way from the elevator, shower was not a roll in even though the room was handicap assessible. continental breakfast was limited to coffee and juice similar to what was offered during COVID so we skipped it, called front desk about getting credit for our stay and got a text saying they would get back to us but they never did!

Price compared to others though higher than most we stay in due to peak season in AZ

The breakfast was a bowl of granola bars and that was it for food. I think there was coffee but, considering the lack of effort to provide a decent breakfast I could only imagine what the coffee tasted like.

Soundproofing could be improved. Throughout the night could hear the occupant above us walking around their room and when they showered, the water line to their room, and behind our shower, was extremely noise; air in the line I suppose, but really loud and disruptive.

The smoking room and Non Smoking room had a door that connected to another room it was locked but you could hear everything they were doing in the next room it just felt weird. And there was one front desk lady at night that was rude and one that was very nice and everyone else was ok

Pulled in to parking lot with four police cars and cops dealing with who knows. In addition seems many rather questionable individuals milling about sitting on curbing etc. Pool absolutely green and unusable. Clerk had zero personality or smiles. She looked miserable to be working there. Property is definitely aged and in need of cosmetics and updating

I didn't like how was were on the third floor was mostly up down up down most of the stay and how the whole hotel just smelled like cigarettes and other smells we didn't like and how random people standing outside in the parking lot make it really uncomfortable

What I liked about this was the location was right near the freeway and my family loved how the pool was had a fun time but was pretty decent hotel for the night.
