I've stayed at this location several times and I've never had a issue in the past. The price is great,the rooms are always nice and clean. This time I booked two rooms,1 for myself and 1 for my son and his family. When I checked in the girl at desk wanted to know which room I wanted-the room with 2 doubles beds or the king bed. I stated I had booked both rooms. A few minutes later I'm informed that my card only paid for 1 room and insufficient funds for the other. I showed that my account had been charged and the money removed from my account she kept saying insufficient funds which I find embarrassing with other people standing in lobby waiting to check in. She informed me I would need to call to get it fixed through booking. Thankfully the lady through booking was able to see we had paid and the hotel was wrong and delt with the hotel for us. The hotel did end up charging us a $50 deposit.

Was overcharged for my stay. Was charged twice for the one night I stayed and I have called all numbers to get no help at all.

I was charged for the room twice e for the same day. Now trying to get this fixed and refunded, feels like I'm just being given the run around. I booked and stayed Saturday night and checked Sunday morning but charged $88 for 2 nights of the SAME night. The property and staff and rooms are decent and we love staying here but I am furious right now seeing the 2 charges on my banking app.

The room itself was very good. The bathroom floor was unsatisfactory and so sticky it almost pulled the shoes off your feet! We were only there for 5 hours before a 4 am drive to the airport, so we did not use your showers.

The room needs a deep clean. You can tell that the room used to be smoked in as the stale tobacco smell hits you in the face. I had to get a room spray to be able to sleep in there. I had to move the night stand to plug in the lamp, and it didn't look like it was cleaned for years behind there. The ceiling was yellow from tobacco stains.

The sheets and towels were clean. The woman at the front desk was very nice. Checking in only took seconds.

The room smelled very musty not good for people with allergies Didn’t like getting a knock on the door a few minutes before check out time to see if we were leaving. When i opened the door my bag was in my hand. Check out was 11 am . I could understand if someone isn’t out with in 15 of the check out time, however there were a few mins left till check out time ! Rooms need to be updated

The shower pressure sucks. Curtain was ripped and the walls were dirty found dirty paper in chair!

The beds were sloppy when got into the room and did manage to get fresh towels only when I saw the housekeeper, they need to come back to service th room but did not! Only come one time around! But a lot I was in the room but they should announce themselves but don't they knock and that's it! And breakfast selection was lousy!

I think the hotel must have a water damage you could smell the musty order and mold. The same trash bag was in the lobby for the whole time I was there, the vending machine was not filled, the front door windows could have been washed the top of the refrigerator was very dusty and the carpets in the room had lots of stains. I had to ask for my room to be vacuumed, and for the toilet bowl to be cleaned. I do think they were just renting to have income coming in to fix the place up starting with the upstairs. one good thing the mattress was new, the only bugs I saw were a couple of black ants. I could have left I did look around the area the clientele did not look so great. I did feel safe, and I cleaned my room myself and used lots of carpet fresh and cleaning supplies. I was there to sleep only so that's my story.

not good at all I ate there one day the waffles, the place is not clean, the coffee taste like it had been watered down so I went out each morning for breakfast. the trash cans were very dirty the cooking machines looked they had not been cleaned in a long while.

I guess I'm spoiled by the super 8 we stay in when I travel with my mom. It's just not as nice and well kept. It could use a good upgrade.

The staff was super friendly and we were close to the door making it easy to load and unload our stuff. When I notified them of a problem they acknowledged it and told maintenance right away.

My unit definitely needs new flooring (gross and stained in many places) bed has seen it’s better days … room smelled real bad , we purchased candles and febreze …. Took a couple hours , room never smelled better lol

Breakfast... Waffle batter was thin and poured out of machine, could have been a bit cleaner.

The location was good as was the price.
